Yesterday, after being involved in an accident which required towing, I had the unpleasant experience of these CROOKS towing my car 2 miles. They picked the car up on Fritztown road at 10:29 am (it did not need a flatbed but that is what they used so understand the $195.00 towing cost) and towed it Berks Auto Collision which received my car at 10:40 am. The bill????? $495.00 to tow my car 2 miles and for max 30 minutes of their time. Breakdown: $55.00 storage fees which they "claim" is administrative $120.00 for debris cleanup on the road which they did NOT do $195.00 for actual towing $125.00 for delivery $495.00 to tow my car 2 miles WTF!!!! I called them and they not only dismissed me and said don't worry about it my insurance will pay it, but they laughed at me because I was complaining and saying that is WHY insurance is so expensive! They are just CROOKS and I prefer to at least do business with honorable companies. Don't give these guys your business and if they police need to call a tow make sure it is not them.

Very friendly staff that cares about their customers. They were not sure I was the owner of the car because my friend was driving he car. Which I fully understand. Concerned that insurance companies have them use cheaper parts to do repairs. I would do business with them any time

Do not allow your car to be towed here! Diane Spitler is the most unprofessional business owner we've ever encountered. Rude, unhelpful and unethical . Refused to allow us into car to gather belongings until we paid cash , even with insurance . Funny how that switched to a card once no cash was on hand. Police said due to car not being held or impounded we were absolutely allowed to gather belongings . Charged $436.00 for a 6 mile tow and less than 48 hrs on their lot. Seems outrageous .
