“This has consistently been the best experience I've ever had at a UPS store, or with any shipping service. I am such an anxious customer, and every time I have been in the shop, both of the staff members (it has been the same two people each time) have been unbelievably kind, warm, and courteous, both to me and to everyone else in the shop. So wonderful and rare for someone to be so thoughtful with strangers. Makes me believe in a more community-based world where people take better care of each other, and really makes life easier for someone like me for whom this kind of small errand can be quite stressful. “I had difficulty in buying HP ink for my computer. I wanted to buy the "X" cartridge but when I got home, though it fit in nicely, it was said to be not effective. I had to exchange for the "A". The store graciously allowed the exchange.”
“I usually ship with UPS but I am now since going to ship with FedEx Express solely because of one man and that's David Tranquillo.
This man is like a one-man band he does everything. He was able to track down my package in a container that I thought was lost forever.
This was a hand-me-down from my late grandfather that was shipped from my sister to me and it was lost at the station and David found it.
I'm not sure who his managers are but they need to read this review and give this man a raise and a pat on the back because he is the reason I will be shipping with FedEx Express in the future.

“I’ve been sending boxes to DR with quisqueya cargo for many years and I never had any issues. My boxes always arrive in perfect condition. They deliver in a timely manner and are prompt to assist if you have any questions about your box. Here and In DR they always answer the call and provide updates if needed.”

“I am convinced I have the best USPS delivery driver in Berks County.... Jennifer goes above and beyond every day... We have daily package pick ups going out and just as many packages coming in... Never an issue... She is the BEST.......... Similarly, Mohnton post Office as a whole has never let me down over the last decade. I feel so fortunate to be serviced by them..... “The Customer Service I received today was simply outstanding. First, they helped me package the item for a reasonable cost (including the box, tape, bubble-wrap and labor). Then they helped me connect to their WIFI so that I could print my pre-paid FedEx label. I had come in with FedEx barcode, but they could not scan it as a 3rd Party. But once the label was printed, however, the box was quickly on its way! Awesome Customer Service! I was in and out quickly, and for a very reasonable price. Nice! I will definitely return there when I need to ship something. Thanks!”
