It turned out it was because when my ex took my car to get the brakes changed somewhere, the mechanic broke one of the bolts holding the brakes and never replaced it or told us about it. “Our company is based in the panhandle of Florida, so there was a lot of hesitation doing Business with a company we’ve not had dealings with and making a purchase sight unseen. However, after speaking with the owner numerous times, and looking at past reviews online, it was very clear that he was a very educated and a very honest individual. We bought the vehicle site unseen, and even flew one of our guys up there to drive it down not even putting eyes on it until well after the transaction has been done. Upon receiving the truck, it was exactly as promised. These guys are top notch, best in class, and I would highly recommend doing business with them.”

“I have been taking my vehicles to John’s 625 since I moved to the area 5-6 years ago. Having poor experiences at national chain garages and the convenient location of John’s 625 is what drew me there initially, but the value, expertise, and service is what kept me going back since. Their prices are competitive and transparent. I have never been surprise billed for anything and when I price check with other shops in the area they are usually very close or better in price. They offer loaner cars. They are great at communicating progress of the work. They have a texting system that they use to communicate in addition to calling for detailed vehicle report website links, which is surprising for shop this size. All in all, good people to work with.”

“My wife runs through the auto every day and I wash my truck twice a week. No issues other than you need another set of blowers at the end of auto. We end up with spots on the back of the audi. Other then that, no complaints”
“The self car washes are a little pricey to me but it is the only place that has a pet wash in the area. Vacuums are free and they got plenty of vacuums to use where I have never had to wait for someone to move. The only issue you might have it times is suction power might be a little down because they didn't get a chance to clean it for that day. It gets used a lot but the pet wash is something I would utilize. If you have a dog with longer hair instead of having the mess at your house go there. They have tons of different shampoos conditioners into dispenser and they have good dryers to dry your animal off after the wash is done and it's clean”

“The guys at Apex Auto Detail did a great job with PPF and a ceramic coating for my Acura. Date of service was December 2023. Unfortunately, in the short two weeks I've had the car back, I curbed one of my wheels ever so slightly. Go figure! First time I've done that since I had my learner's permit 15+ years ago. ?♂️I will ask if they're able to do some very minor touch-up and coating of the affected area when I come back for the follow-up visit and update the review accordingly.”
