“I love how everyone whose pkg was delayed has to come to google and yelp to whine about it. Lol. I work for UPS and we have stuff that falls through the cracks, so to speak, as well. The entire country is full of people who are completely spoiled and entitled frame of mind .. the three big carriers deliver millions upon millions of packages on time everyday. So you had to wait an extra day or even a week for your stuff that you lived your whole life so far without and now it’s the end of the world. Oh, your stuff got broken ? . Well thankfully there’s a guy in China’s factory making more stuff right now and there’s a warehouse in Cali or NJ that has a hundred more ready to ship. FedEx does a fantastic job as do we and the usps. In my experience of years on the inside of UPS most of your delays are actually caused by your shipper or another shipper doing a really horrible job of packing your stuff. Amazon ships thousands of packages with laundry detergent everyday with loose cap and then it damages 20 packages riding in our trucks leaking all over everything. That’s just one example.
It’s just stuff people! Half the planet is struggling to find a clean drink of water and a bowl of rice!
