Eric, Adam, everyone was fantastic. I made my appointment and soon received a detailed (with photos) evaluation of my car with comments and suggestions. Adam found several areas to note and offered recommendations. I was given a “bumper to bumper” tour of my car when I stopped by to see the progress. One recommendation was to replace front shocks. No pressure to do so but when I saw the shocks were leaking, of course they needed replaced.
Olde Rt 15 Auto Service is the place to go for your vehicle’s need. Excellent service at very fair prices. I will continue to visit them for my auto service needs. Thanks Team !!”

“We flew up to Harrisburg PA from AL in hopes that we’d be driving home a truck. My husband had been communicating with Eric at Zimmerman’s Auto about our plan. Eric went out of his way to pick us up at our hotel and once at the dealership the truck was everything we were told it was. After dealing with 2 previous car dealerships in the last couple years I had lost respect for the “salesmen” because we were lied to and tried to be charged ridiculous fees but I have great respect for Eric and Zimmerman’s for doing exactly what they said they’d do. No hidden charges or pressuring us for extras. We are extremely satisfied with the service and our purchase! Great people to work with!”

“I've brought my car here a few times over the years for inspection and repairs and always thought they were decent, but after the last week I would say they're more than just decent. I had some tensioners and a belt put on last week and my car was still making a horrible rattle, they took my car that same day for me and actually spent their time trying to figure out what it was. They were so nice to me about everything because it was stressful so their kindness meant alot to me. I personally won't go anywhere else for anything else. I recommend the same to everyone else looking for somewhere to take their vehicle. You won't regret it. ?”

“I had a flat tire on a long trip. Found Straws through the AAA app. They were close enough to where I was that I didn’t need a tow. I asked them if they could check to see why my tire is leaking air. They didn’t hesitate—brought the car into the shop, lifted it, then not even 10 minutes later came back to tell me that the tire valve was faulty. They fixed it temporarily so I could finish my trip in time and told me to get it repaired as soon as possible. They wouldn’t charge me. Also, they keep a nice and clean shop. Good people. No cost to me and them being swamped they still got me the file at no charge! The tune runs great and they did very good work on the whole setup.
