“I've used Mt. Zion twice now. First time was pretty straightforward and well done- they lifted my truck 3 inches. Took it back in DEC 25 for new rims, tires and upgrading the headlights on my '22 F250. Prices on high side of reasonable but again, did work well. Had an issue in terms of billing and then communication (didn't discuss disposal of rims and tires and other misc.) and raised it with Mike. He responded immediately, very professionally and accepted responsibility and addressed the billing and other issues. Would recommend based on quality of work and responsiveness to any issues- you typically don't see that nowadays. Good ownership.”

However, I did confuse them with a question about the recommended coolant for a '97 international school bus. To be fair, that's probably not a common question they get! Overall, a reliable place for auto parts. 4 stars!”

Recently needed a battery replaced. I could have done it on my own, but I didn't have time. They quickly tested my battery, sold me a new one and installed it without argument to get me back on the road to meet my deadline. Thank you to the team at Dover for great service as always. I will keep coming back!!!”
“I bought an air filter online and requested curbside pickup. When I got to the store the person on the phone said they didn't have the curbside pickup. Then I was put on hold for a few minutes and when he came back he asked if it was me that was parked in front of the store. I said yes, and then he said hold on a minute. Then he came outside without the filter, which is tiny and weighs nothing, and he asked me to show my ID and the email confirming, which I did. I thought this was really odd because he didn't bring the part out and then went back in and took a few more minutes to bring it out. I'm giving four stars only because it seems that the employees aren't being trained correctly. I actually had to download the app in order to make this purchase and I came here instead of Walmart because of the curbside. I don't want to say anything bad about the store or their employees, because I'm sure they do a great job. And the gentleman who served me was kind, if uninformed. I think maybe they need train staff on correct protocol so they don't give the wrong information to customers.”

“I found Rodney’s about 20+ years ago, he went out of his way to help me and was reasonably priced. I’m glad some things never change, I needed a set of seats for a wrangler project, he was the only place that had a pair, then, I was running late, so he waited for me on a Saturday??? Pulling in to his shop I got rear ended, so he waited longer and as always, service with a smile! He’s a great old Jeep guy! Never met his son, but I hope he’s just as good. They look good all cleaned up and for $200, I think I got a good deal.”
