Always fully staffed but they are the slowest and rudest employees. They ignore all customers until they can no longer avoid eye contact.

It is no wonder why they are closing so many stores. The service at the pharmacy is terrible. I tried to get an RSV vaccine. I was told that I needed an appointment. Went online to get an appointment at a few minutes after 1 pm. The next appointment was at 3 pm. Website said that walk-ins are welcome. Apparently, not in the Wellsboro Rite Aid.It's no wonder that Walgreens and CVS are eating their lunch.

Walked in, in hopes of getting a flu shot, waited for about 10 min. behind a gentleman picking up a scrip. My turn, I tell the girl I’d like a flu shot, she tells me unfortunately due to the high volume they are only avail. by appointment because they are doing shots about every 20 min or so.A guy sitting in a chair chimes in and says thats funny, I been waiting almost an hour and a half for a 20min refill and no one had been in for a shot ?I dont know if this is correct, however, I go to the scheduler and look for an appt that works, it specifically says if you dont find one that works, to feel free to walk in for your vaccine ????No wonder they’re filing for bankruptcy.I rarely write reviews, its gotta be really good or really bad, guess which one.Last few prescriptions, they never have product, but you can go up the street to the grocery store….. have it every time.

907 am. Cashier/Checkout not able to wait on us until the pharmacist " logs her in." Last time we were there, the lady who pulled our med bags sat on the floor, threw the bags on the floor, then picked them up OFF THE FLOOR and brought them to us. Very unprofessional and unsanitary

They like to stare at you in the drive thru window and not help. Worst pharmacy customer service I’ve ever had.

I am completely disappointed with Rite Aid in Wellsboro.....my child is not well. I took her to the Dr who gave us Amoxicillin. Due to the demand, CVS does not have it. Weis and CVS in Mansfield is out as well. CVS called Rite Aid who stated they had the medication but refused to take the prescription verbally from the pharmacist. CVS faxed it as a stood there. I drove to RIte Aid, waited 20 minutes, and they stated they still did not have it said we should just go elsewhere. Ok, so I call CVS who stated this has been a continued problem and apologized and called walmart who fortunately had it, took the script verbally and had it ready when I got there 20 minutes later.I am not sure what the problem is with Rite Aid but my child should not have to be hauled around feeling miserable and sleeping on the floor with her blanket while waiting because you choose to be disrespectful!

Everytime that I have been to this Rite Aid the people could not have been friendler. All employes would get a A+ for their actions. The only thing is that two employes isn't enough for this store I let the phone ring for almost a full hour. At the very least there will be some customers that will find another Pharmacy. I for one will not quit going to this store because I have seen how hard that the one's that do work there try to please the customers. I realize that It's not Rite Aids fault the the whole world is full of lazy people. I'm sure that these people that refuse to work in a clean place wouldn't be Rite Aids choice of employes anyway.I personally think that Rite Aid is a first class establishment. I feel real bad for the people that still have pride in themselves and are trying their best to serve the public the best that they can are struggleing so much. For the people that have chose to stay you are great people , don't let anyone get you down If people can't see that your short handed and even may get rude with you say a prayer for them. And believe me peoplewill. One more thing Rite Aid your not alone with the shortage of help. Even hospitals need help that they can't get

The pharmacy seems to be ran by a bunch of high school kids. Almost every month they receive my prescription days, sometimes a week ahead of time but they still can’t seem to have it when I need to pick it up. This month I called a day or two ahead of time to give them a heads up and they still can’t figure out how to preplan or have what I need on the day I need it, but they can have it 3 days from now. I can’t go one day without it and they know that. I gave them 2 stars because it doesn’t happen every month, just every other.

Nasty, rude pharmacy associate (Haley). First and last time there.

Would give 0 stars if was possible. Extremely long wait times for prescriptions. Important medications have been shorted on several occasions and they refuse to look into the actual cause of pills coming up missing.

Nasty pharmacy associate who refused to give me my husband's prescription. Why? Because it was almost 9pm and they close at 9pm. Veterans who have Tricare: go to Weis Market's Pharmacy. Same hours, take Tricare and have a great staff.

Rite Aid Stores are well equipped with items you use and need every day. Their staff is friendly and quick to assist. I have enjoyed shopping at Rite Aid for many years and will continue to do so gladly.
