Too many red flags. Stopped by to look at 2 vehicles they had for sale. One of them had a flat tire and the other didnt have a current inspection. Couldn't find any salesman either. Will not return.

This is the absolute worst body shop I have ever had the displeasure of working with. It took them from August 8th until today (November 12th) to fix my van following a collision with a deer. I understand parts were on back order, but the gentleman who is head of the collision center was incredibly rude to deal with. In all that time, they never ONCE called me with an update, I had to call them repeatedly. The only reason that I had them finish my car is because I had already paid my $500 deductible. Which brings us today where I was woken up by a frantic call from my mother looking for the receipt (which we found) as Darrow's was claiming that we had never paid them. Do not take your vehicles to this shop. I strongly recommend Wellsboro Automotive or the Menonites instead.

We had rented a U-Haul truck and was extremely satisfied with the service that James provided outstanding work even though you all made a mess James was able to correct it any business in the PA area for him highly recommended.God send made our experience practically a miracle he knows what we mean!!!

The owner amongst other things is a U-Haul representative and he is a godsend, he was able to make a tough situation and issues with U-Haul much easier to deal with. I'd recommend any service he provides to anyone.

Located on Rte 6 East of Wellsboro and easy to drop off parts for repair. They even allow the use of their parking lot to wait for a tow of my vehicle back to Horseheads! Thanks for the gracious service extended to me after hours while I waited!! Got the van fixed and still doing deliveries to you!!!
