I went here to get my car aligned and was told the machine doesn’t work multiple times, every time to go here the man in the office is rude and disrespectful and also acts like he’d rather be on the phone then helping a customer I also have to walk around by the air conditioning unit and stand where I have hot air blowing right into my face while talking because he refuses to unlock the front door so every customer has to walk to the same spot. The customer service here is not good by any means I will not be returning until the rude man in the office is no longer there.

There is noone I trust more with my vehicle than Todd. He has taken wonderful care of my car for years. I have always trusted his judgement and he has never disappointed me. Bastian is the place to go for honest and skilled repairs and installation.

When I arrived they paid absolutely no attention to me. Not friendly at all and didn’t seem happy I was there. I set up an appointment to get my tires changed and when I arrived they told me they don’t take appointments and that it was first come first serve. They took my keys and walked away and never talked to me again. Very poor service
