They was cool with me, I had them put my exhaust back on my car after I drove it in a ditch, welded everything for me, and it was quite, better than it was before, I like these guys, I don’t know what’s up with the bad reviews.

So my husband got a new muffler from Waynesburg Muffler 3 months ago and it has holes all through the system. Took it back to get it fixed and they won’t even fix it. Took it to a different garage it and it isn’t even able to be welded because of such a horrible job they did. they don’t care about their customers whatsoever even when they say there is a warranty’s on it. don’t ever go there they are a complete joke.

I'm trying to download the audio video I have of me and the very young manager this morning at the Waynesburg muffler .... But not only was I given a estimate between $15 and $20. But they tried to talk me into more ridiculous things that were wrong with my perfectly fine exhaust.... Not including once he told me that my bill was five times bigger than it was initially estimated he refused to give me a receipt for the transactions said that it would cost me more for a receipt. You ask me that's the easiest way to rob somebody that right there was my warning sign that they were trying to rob me

I called ahead to set up an appointment for an estimate. I arrived at the time of the appointment, but an employee told me the guy who was to do the estimate was not around. I left the car and asked them to call me back with estimate. They called back 30 minutes later, and the price seemed good, but I was told I must pay in cash because their credit card machine is broken and they have been trying to get it fixed. Not wanting to carry around a bunch of cash, I offered to bring cashier's check, but was told "we can't cash those". Sounded fishy, but I went ahead with it because of the low price. They called 2 hours later saying job was done. When I arrived with cash in hand, I asked for a receipt. I was originally told they'd have to charge sales tax if I wanted a receipt (sounds like someone is doing some under-the-table work). I didn't bring any additional cash, and after some push-back, he lowered the quoted price to make the tax work out to total the original quoted amount. I asked for an itemized receipt, but he wouldn't give me one. He lumped the whole repair together (parts and labor). During my short interaction with him, the employee dropped a dozen F-bombs (but not in an angry or aggressive way) and was very unprofessional. In the end, the repair seems to have been done properly, but the shady nature of the transaction and the unprofessional atmosphere are enough to keep me from ever coming back.

Paid alot of money for muffler, when done i came out with a rattle noise that was never there before. They tryed to argue with me that it wasnt the muffler? Yes it was very dissapointed!

Good work is done here for a reasonable price. They fixed my exhaust system last November. Last week they put new rotors on and tomorrow they are putting new tierods on. Very nice people

Was charged an outrageous amount of money for just a muffler change! And it didnt even last long broke off after the second day of running the car. Highly recommend Powers motor in mount morris if your wanting decent work done and at a more down to earth price on exhaust work.
