Visiting here with the family. Through out our experience there was many employees shopping for others. (Just like at home) The employees were very rude to us "in store" shoppers. I seen a veteran in a wheel chair trying to get to the yogurt, an elderly woman looking at the discounted bread, three employees rushing around with NO customer service! One had the audacity of moving the womans cart so she could get around her. The polite veteran offered to let me go. I explained to him that I was not in as much rush as the three employees here. And helped him get to where he needed. My two boys also offered help. .... We went to get bread and as coming out of the isle another employee shopper almost hit my buggy and my son. I said excuse me and she looked at me and my son and kept walking. .... When we went to check out the cashier said nothing as I put up my items. So when I was done I spoke to her, she put a smile on her face and seemed so happy to have someone acknowledge her. She was very nice. .... What happened to Wal-Mart having friendly customer service! They are more worried about the online shopper an us "in store" shoppers! Please go over kindness in your training. I had to discuss how rude and disrespectful they were to my boys and we talked about how to treat our elderly and veterans and Everyone you are around. What the World needs is Love. Spread the Love PA!
