About a month ago, my son and I were on a long road trip back home and the car started making a noise from the brake/wheel that progressively got worse. When we stopped for food, I pulled into this brake shop to have it checked. The crew welcomed us in without delay. The brakes and wheels checked out so they continued to look for the source of the noise and eventually found a small rock that had worked itself down around the hub. It was a relief it was nothing serious and we could continue with confidence there was nothing wrong. I really appreciated how thorough they were. I wish I lived closer as I would definitely bring my vehicles here. You have a great crew, thank you!!

I lost my brakes on I79 near Waynesburg PA. I was able to safely get my vehicle to Monroe in the Greene Plaza in Waynesburg. The two technicians on duty (one was the manager) promptly tooky car in and inspected it. My RR caliper basically exploded. I had just had this very Monroe put this caliper on. The manager made sure it was replaced under warranty and gave me some great discounts on the parts o had to pay for such as rotor, pads, ABS sensor etc. These two gentlemen had me back in my car a day and a half later. They were both courteous, concerned and professional. I'd used this Monroe years ago and was unimpressed! Buy under this new management, they have won my business back. Thank you fellas for your help!!

We were passing through on a road trip in July and had an unfamiliar light come on the dashboard. Bradley and the team welcomed us in, advised us that the light came on incorrectly...fixed it...and sent us on our way without charge. A short, yet amazing experience.

Waynesburg Monro Auto Service helped me tremendously when I was in huge trouble with a spontaneous engine cylinder misfire. Bradley, specifically, was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. He and his team helped figure out the issue and got us back on the road in under an hour!! THANK YOU!!

I’ve been to many shops for my 1500 Tradesman. All of them told me it was fine except this place. This place got to the bottom of the issue. All the guys working the shop made sure I got quality service and did not lie to me like other shops have.

I just want to take a moment and say that these gentlemen came through for me “in a clutch” situation going into Memorial Day weekend! I was supposed to head up to the mountains with my family and a load of bikes and found two screws in one of my tires. It was very easy to schedule an appointment on my way as the tire pressure in my back right tire was falling quickly. Bill, Mike and Josh quickly worked to get my truck into the bay and work on my tire as soon as they could. They understood my situation, and said they would take care of me and they did! They thoroughly explained everything they were able to do for me and got it all done at a very attractive price. They were extremely helpful and very courteous to me as well. I do not forget people like that . Well done guys. ??

The old staff were horrible, which ruined the reputation they had.. let me tell you the new crew is very good. Respectful, honest, and most importantly thorough. I don’t tip an auto tech much, but these guys got one. Keep up the great work, if the owner sees this I hope you compensate these guys. Especially your assistant manager, guess he’s driving 90 some miles a day to get to the shop. He’s worth every penny and some. Will definitely make Waynesburg monro my new one stop shop!!
