I’ve went here twice in the past 2 days to spray the salt off of my car. And both times it charged me $10!! For 3 minutes of of spraying my car off with the hose. Even tho is said in quote “$2.50” it still charged me $10 both times. Definitely will not be going back there

Very disappointed with their service. NOT an honest business, they advised that my car needed so much maintenance and when my husband took it into his personal mechanic he advised all of the 8 repairs that mentioned were extremely essential and needed to be done RIGHT away were all lies they went ahead and changed the air filter and spark plugs anyway but my car didn't need it!! Flat out NO!!! Thank GOD for his MERCY and GRACE repent no more lying to hard working Americans!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!I came to the this Maineke shop at 3844 Plaza Dr two days ago. Talked to the clerk at front desk and set up an appointment for Ford Transit alignment for next day. Next day I called to confirm and was told my appointment was newer scheduled. It happens, I thought so I made another appointment. When I came today I was told that my van is to big to do the alignment at this location.By the way, I talked to General Manager of this place, he was at the front desk, and in frustration I said " This is f...ing ridiculous". He said that because I sweared at him, I'm not allowed at this location anytime in the future. No problem snowflake.Two days wasted. Avoid this place.

DO NOT GO HERE. So I'm just trying to earn a couple extra bucks, and figured I'll do Lyft for a little bit. One of the requirements is a vehicle inspection, understandably, and when I pulled up local inspection places Meinicke was the closest at the time. So I called them and asked a couple basic questions, and they were helpful, so I figured I would go on in. Upon arrival what they did fail to mention is that they charged four times as much of an inspection fee than any other facility in the area.Go to Jiffy Lube down the road. It is $21 opposed to the $80 fee at Meineke. So no, I cannot recommend this place in good conscience, especially based off of most of their reviews as well and my experience. 100% feel like somebody's on the take there with an $80 inspection fee give me a break. Warning you now don't go here unless you want to be ripped off.

Took my car to get an oil change. After paying my key fob was handed back broken. Instead of offering to fix it they offered to give me pricing to get a new one and told me they could help turn my car on with a wrench. My key fob was perfectly fine when entering. The technician was apologetic but the manager told me it wasn't their problem. I live close so it was convenient to go to but I won't be going back.

I went to meineke when Joe was in charge. It was great service and great experiences. Then a couple years ago this new guy Joe put in has the worst customer service attitude and I quit coming there. He is short with customers and I have three other people I referred to meineke when Joe was in charge and I told them to not go there anymore because of this new guy. He sucks!!! Today I went in there to just look at my service record with meineke over the years and he was rude and just a double. I will never go there again!! JOE HELP. THIS GUY IS DRIVING CUSTOMERS AWAY. HE IS A DOUCHEBAG....read some of last 2 years reviews. Terrible record..

Was ripped off. Striped the oil pan threads on an oil change. Did not mention it, but was charged $14.00 for a new drain plug. Noticed oil leaking the next day from the drain plug. I checked it, but it just spun in both directions by hand. Being held in with a white nylon washer. They took before photos, no oil dripping off drain plug. But claimed it was already stripped. They did a 100 point inspection or whatever. I have it in writing. With over $1000.00 in recommended repairs. With no mention of having a stripped drain plug. Or needing a new oil pan. Went back and was charged $350.00 for a new oil pan. Was discounted to 1 hr labor. Left grease footprints on the new floor mats. And the driver's door window. They did apologize for that. Thanks. Avoid at all cost. They should be investigated. Total cost $434.00 for a routine oil change. They are very professional. And make you feel like they are doing you a huge favor. Don't fall for it. You have been warned.

Dropped my truck off to have some brake work done. They called me to let me know it would be $1700 Sounded way to high for a job that would take $500 in parts. So told them I would come pick up the truck. Took it to Auto Express in Oceanside. They took three hours and charged me $875. I would not recommend this company at all. That is unless you like being overcharged by about double. Then by all means, this company is the place for you!

Things went well until I got there. I was asked if I wanted to align my tires and he said I didn't need to since it's a new car. I said I would trust his judgement. Then he goes ahead and charges me for it anyways labor and all. ( Obviously not good judgement ) Worst part is. They LOST the freaking key to unlock my wheels. Had to look around for 20 minutes until I suggested they just buy me a new one. I wasn't tryna stay any longer than I already have. Now I have to wait for them to send me my key to unlock my wheels and if I pop a tire I'm screwed. I won't be able to switch it with my spare. Just waiting for that phone call for them to send me a new one now. What was meant to be a quick oil change turned into a long irritating experience. Safe to say I won't come back to this location. My first impression was terrible

I called this business last week and the employee answers with a "Hello?" I was confused and said,,, Um is this a business? He responded "yeah". I asked again, "Is this Meineke?" He said "yeah". ...WTF? I asked for a quote on an oil change, and he responded I need to call you back and hung up the phone when I asked why a call back was needed for an OIL CHANGE? I complained on the website and the same genius who doesn't know how to answer a phone told me "The owner of the shop said you could get a free oil change if you bring your car in" Hellll Nooooo, imagine this guy working on your prized car? Nope, never go back here!
