They had a car that I was interested in, so I stopped by to check it out. After meeting with internet sales person, you could sense he was more interested in the sale that the needs of the customer. That was enough to change my mind in regards to the dealership. It's really sad that you want to patronize local dealerships but the customer service is not there.

Be aware that, even if you write not to do anything until you are given a price on the drop key envelope, they will still run a diagnostic and charge you "a minimum of $149" (ours was $157.94) to tell you the price of fixing your vehicle. For us, it was $2400 + labor, so we didn't even get our vehicle fixed but had to pay the $157.94 for the quote (that we never authorized).

I cant say enough about how incredible and easy getting our vehicle at Fox Ford was. Lloyd was very helpful and knowledgable as he assisted us in finding the right vehicle for my family and our budget. Brooke was just the sweetest to my wife, my son and me. We felt like family when we were there. All the staff we encountered were friendly and welcoming. My grandfather and father have always went to Fox Ford and I will gladly continue the tradition of getting our vehicles here.
