Always fast friendly service.. two different waiting areas with lots of comfort! I've had several services done here. The last visit was for an all wheel alignment and tire rotation. I value their honest option.

Bought tires here, had my van inspected here, they found many issues I didn't know about, I took care of them and they finished the inspection will go back for tires again.

Just moved to the area and I needed a trailer tire replaced, so I searched the internet and notice that C and S had a very high customer service rating. So I called and talked to Chris in regards to my needs and he quoted me a fair price to replace the tire. So I dropped the tire off and and it was ready the same day. But the most impressive experience during the entire transaction was when I returned to pick the tire up Curtis waited on me. He was extremely customer oriented and friendly. In the future when I return to C and S for my tire and/or mechanical related issues I will insist that Curtis is my advisor. I would have rated a 5 but when dropping the tire off the woman at the front desk was not customer oriented. It's a shame there are not more people like Curtis thar understands the importance of customer service.

Went in for a tire alignment. Very unhappy with the prices. Also, I did not appreciate trying to scare/worry me into getting my car fixed with them. Didn't even offer to show me how bad the parts were (they are fine by the way, went somewhere else for a second opinion). Never again.
