Service writer lady isn't the friendliest person very rude over the phone and in person didn't want to summit my warranty claim she got very angry and told me they never used my warranty company before and wouldn't summit the claim.

Bortz Chevrolet is one of the best car buying experiences in the market. My wish was to buy a car on my own and Jonathon was the most helpful salesman I have ever met (I went to a lot of dealerships)! I didn’t have a long history of credit which made my monthly rate rather high at most places. Jonathon was kind and dedicated and helped me buy a beautiful 2018 car with leather seats, panoramic sunroof, apple car play, one previous owner and only 30,000 miles! He also gave me a great deal on my 2010 trade in.So blessed to have found an amazing location to buy my first car. Thank you Bortz Chevrolet!!

My son bought a car at Bortz a year ago and got the extended warranty. A few weeks ago he needed his car serviced and called Bortz service department and explained with his job he needed a loaner car or a rental so he could get to work. The woman he talked to was very rude and told him he had to drop the car off and when he repeated he needed a rental or loaner she told him it was his problem. He then called Michael's auto sales and they said drop it off and they put him in a car from their lot until his car was done. They didn't sell him the car but took care of him like Bortz should have... Do better Bortz.. your customers are what makes you

Had a problem on our drive to North Carolina. Called Bortz Chevrolet and we were told to bring the vehicle in ASAP. We were there within 10 minutes and they took it directly into the shop and had our problem fixed so we could continue on our trip. It was all done within 45 minutes. The service was beyond magnificent. The work was excellent. I work at a GM dealership in Canada and the service that we got at Bortz exceeded anything that I have ever had at my place of work! Thank you Bortz .
