He ordered parts ASAP and worked with me to get me back on the road , BJ drove me to and from the hotel despite other obligations. Please give him a raise and cite this for his upcoming evaluation. BJ is a one of a kind, and blessed that he helped me out!!”

“Patricia at service was very helpful. My car broke down mid afternoon on the interstate and it was towed to Bortz. I was especially worried as I’m travelling with pets I couldn’t easily remove from the vehicle. “This store practically has about any fitting or tool you need to get the job done. Also, I have come here countless times to get hoses made. Their hose maker is the best. He always gets it correct, and he is as fast they come. They have a lot of other good quality merchandise as well. It is a little pricey, but their products seem to hold up longer than most.”

“So my AC in my car was running warm. I go to my local AutoZone in Waynesburg, PA and the people there were so helpful. They suggest first changing my filter to save me some money. Unfortunately it wasn’t the issue so I go back. I have never had to charge my AC before, so they helped me step by step fix it and now it works great! The people here are awesome and do such good work.”
