Called three times to find out if they had an undercarriage wash. Had to go there to find out and then the wash did not clean my truck. Had to go home and wash it. First time and last time at a car wash.

Every time I go to this car wash there’s never soap every time. It’s a waste of money don’t go and the pressure sucks. I can wash my car under a faucet better than that damn thing.

The vacuums barely work half the time the soap doesn’t even work it the wash also the coin machines are barely all functional an for the most part the half the car wash’s don’t want to accept coins or won’t allow you to add time so you have to start all over in the middle of the wash

Don't use the brushes !!! They don't maintain them. Destroyed my brand new 16 ft box trailer and they wouldn't do anything about it.

Washed my truck and my girlfriends suv today, it was pointless to do so because the soap was non existent that came out of the brush. I will drive to greencastle to a car wash that I can actually clean my vehicles.

Touchless tunnel is never open the new one every time I go. The cloth wash Cleans a lot better I wish they kept the Belanger soft cloth tunnel in the first place.

Was at car wash. Computer malfunctioned after I paid for a wash. Messaged owner and he had someone there to refund my $ and fix the problem. Awesome business!!! I will def go back!

This wash has everything working when I go, and the machines have never eaten my quarters. ?Sometimes all the self-service bays are full. I have yet to figure out how to pay at the drive- through car wash bay, however, I have always had success at the self-service ones.
