We”re in the Waynesboro area all summer and we bought a monthly membership for the entire family, mainly so we can use the pool to cool off in the hot summers in PA. What a LAME pool schedule! The pool is closed on the hottest part of the day. It’s open for one hour mid-morning and two hours around dinner time. What moronic marketing move is that? If you want more memberships, open the pool!

I started going here because they offer a sound bath meditation on Friday mornings at 9:50am.It is amazing.... and they have child care from 8:30 until 11 am so that works out perfectly for me to get to yoga and then the sound meditation with Samantha!I highly recommend this place and the Friday morning classes ?

Not worth the cost at all...they make the facility out to be way more than what is actually offered. The pool is never opened for you to enjoy, unless you pay for their swim programs. If not, you get a pathetic 30min window a day either at the time you're at work or later at night. Why would i wanna pay hundreds of dollars a year for such a limited experience. Shooting a basketball and running in place get old pretty quick... again what you pay and what you receive is really pathetic.

The free wieghts were moved to a less functional spot. Perhaps remove the bathroom there and bring in a platform? There is no spot to do deadlifts without being in the way or taking up a rack. There is not enough room when it's crowded.

The separation between the two main workout areas are a bit of a turn off. Idk about you but I use a mixture of free weight and machines through the workouts not a fan of walking back and forth from one half the building to the other

Facility is OK at best. However the low rating is due to the leadership team here. I've had an issue that the Director "resolved", however it wasn't resolved and Director is now flat out ignoring emails and calls.Really not a good look. Either flat out state that members are not valued and take down all of the signs saying such, or actually show that they are valued and return an email.

I'm super pumped to have signed up for the Y. The front desk girl, who's name was Alice I believe, was super helpful and gave me a tour once everything was filled out. I originally went in for a single adult member with the intention of getting my feet wet but upon learning the next swim lessions for my daughter were right around the corner, I decided to upgrade to one adult and child. They were not able to adjust it right then and there, but they sent a email to the person who can and got my daughter on the list for the next swim session, something I really appreciated. It was very busy for a Saturday and it was nice to see so many families come there to enjoy the environment. I look forward to using the facilities and updating tm review as I expire more things with this center.

My suggestion would be to not pay more than month to month because if you pay for the full year they do not work with you. Director of wellness & health is awesome. Child watch staff is also great. Membership director and member services are not understanding and not willing to work with patrons despite covid times.
