Brett helped me get new devices and a plan that reduced my bill without losing any of my existing perks. Super happy that I went in for one phone, left with 4 (2 free with the plan) devices and saved money in the end too! He made sure I got the best out of the available promotions.

I was reluctant to go into a store to upgrade my phone, fearing a huge hassle. I have to say I'm actually glad I did. I worked with Brett, and he is fantastic to work with. He got me great deals on a new phone, watch, and tablet. Go see Brett.

I have had the worst experience with this store! I have tried to reach the manager Kyle over and over and he will never return my calls to fix what he did incorrectly. Whatever happened to customer service?!? My bill is incorrect and all i want is the situation to be taken care of, but the store manager doesn't get back to me and customer service can't fix his error. Avoid this place and the headache!

I recently got a new iPhone 15 Pro Max delivered to my apartment from this store. I was having a lot of issues with the eSIM after porting my phone number from my previous carrier over to Verizon. Brett was able to FaceTime with me and walk me through everything I needed to do for getting it all sorted out. Brett was awesome with all his help. He also walked me through some other settings that I didn’t know about with my new phone. Brett is a truly valuable asset for this store and company with his excellent customer service that goes above and beyond.

Arturo was amazing! I transferred service on 4 lines and upgraded all 4 phones. The process was NOT seamless as there was an issue transferring one of the lines (an issue with the prior service provider). The process took 3 days in total. I spent hours and hours on the phone with Customer Service and in total frustration went back to the store. Arturo fixed the issue in less than 15 minutes and even saved his contact in my phone should I have future issues. Arturo is kind, patient and knowledgeable. Highly recommend him.

Today I came into the store in waynesboro , I had a mess trying to switch to Xfinity , why I do not know, I had 4 phones some were switch over and some were not done yet because Xfinity had messed it all up, Brett at Verizon spent hours trying to figure the mess all out , which he did, if I could give him more then 5 stars I would.
