They always explain to me what needs done/what’s been done & are truthful/honest. They have great deals better than a lot of these other places. I’ll continue to go to them for any car needs I have!”

The only hold up on job completion is due to parts availability which they have no control over. They do their best to stay within budget and on bigger jobs allow you to pay a partial payment upfront and then incrementally pay up until the job is completed.”

“A wonderful experience here at pope tire, they allowed me to purchase my own part needed to fix my truck and to be delivered there as well. They allowed my truck to be towed there and to sit in the lot for days while I went on the search for the part I needed. They fixed it in a very timely fashion of only a few hours which was great for the fix that was needed. The ladies at the front desk one being Shaun was super kind, helpful and informative with me my whole experience.
