Very unprofessional business did work that wasn't authorized and got charged for it they even admitted to making a mistake they should have eaten the entire amount of the extra charge and only want to give back a small amount of the unauthorized work never going there again

I don’t usually review places that I go, but in this case, I was very impressed with every part of my dealings with Tom Shockey collision. From the person that gave me an estimate to the office girls to include Tom Shockey himself. Everyone was very professional gave me, a estimate very quickly and scheduled my repair in a very timely manner. They did a beautiful job with the repairs. Very happy with my experience with this shop. I highly recommend these folks.

I got a flat tire on 81, scared to death and Tom came to my rescue. He helped me find a tire shop to repair my tire and treated me with nothing but kindness.

I've been waiting for a while to get mine fixed from damage caused from body shop while there being fixed from accident. I have been given the run around now for 10 weeks with no communication. They do not seem to care about their service or work.

Place is a rip off charging more than price discussed for work that wasn’t even done properly. Shady and disrespectful when you ask questions. You can find many other places in town more dependable and respectful.

Took my vehicle in for a front end alignment. Caster and camber are not adjustable on my vehicle. Only toe and axle centering (track bar adjustable). I noticed at pick up that axle was NOT centered. So I payed $109 for a toe and go alignment. The axle should have been centered also. When questioned, I was given an excuse that the alignment rack could NOT center the axle. If so, then a tape measure to center axle should have been used. If you like to be ripped off and lied to, this is the place for you. STAY AWAY!
