First off, I’m not even a customer, their “new” guy delivered the oil to the wrong house. Honest mistake. So, we called and set up an appointment for them to come get the oil. I work from home and took off early, no big deal. Well, they decided to come 2 hours early with no warning. I answered the door when I was able to get off my work call. Told them I work from home and am getting off at 11. I went back to work, I am tied to a headset and taking calls. They go into the basement from outside, stand in the basement yelling (man gossiping) nothing about work. I put my work call on hold yell down the basement steps for them to be quiet. Their yelling continues, very rude, inconsiderate group of guys.

If there was a way to give more stars I would. They are always very fast with their service and reasonable. Special thank you to Jason for always helping out. It’s so hard to find good service anymore but these guys are AWESOME!!

I have used them for a few years now and have had very good service as well as some of the best pricing in the area. I've had three other suppliers in the local area and feel after using Thompson, I overpayed for years.

I recently purchased a home that has oil heat. I knew nothing about the process. Thompson came out, checked my levels and gave me a good estimate on how much I would need for the rest of the season. When the furnace that was supposed to have been survived before closing on the house stopped working a wonderful and knowledgeable gentlemen stopped by in the evening to get my furnace running again. Fast, efficient and at a decent cost.
