I recently got a uhaul and had to drop off in Waynesboro pa. Not only did I deliver it back before my time was up because I was pestered by the man because he had someone else who needed it. Then I was charged a miles fee when I only went 56 miles. A total of $226 for less than 24 hours?

Like to store my things here, but no way to pay online or just make a recurring payment. I forget sometimes to pay on the 1st cause it's my only payment on the 1st. No reminder or anything thru electronics/ email very nice facilities just not fully happy with payment options. I'll sneak away to call n pay at work n phone will ring till I get a voice mail. I can't take calls anytime whole at work n they have operating hrs only while I'm working

Everyone are very friendly and helpful. My biggest thing is I can't get into my unit when I want to. I have to call them and they meet me there, so I can only get in when the office is open. Therefore no evening or Sunday access. I wish I would have gotten a unit that I could access whenever I want to.

Staff has always been super friendly and helpful especially when I had to keep changing payment information due to fraud on my accounts. Have had storage here since 2014 and have zero regrets.
