Calling this place is terrible. You can't speak to a human at all. It is such a time waster listening to the announcements over and over again. The automated appointment scheduler takes so much time and is so frustrating. I was able to make my appointment, which took about 10 minutes. Talking to an actual human probably would take about 2 minutes... At the end of my call with the machine, I kept asking for a rep and it hung up on me b/c it doesn't have access to transfer me to customer service and tells me to visit the website. I wish I could just use my regular hospital for labs, but my health insurance has a contract with Quest.

Very disappointed. The staff is very nice but...The facility is old and outdated. There's no way they can be following HIPAA regulations due to the lack of privacy. Plus, 60 days after I visited I received a bill for more than 10 times the original amount because Quest 'Corporate' decided I was billed incorrectly while at the facility. I definitely won't be returning.

You guys are joke, after calling 100 times and making sure that my refund checks were sent to my recent address, each time confirming this, one of the check still was sent to my old address and two others checks sent before that checks never came!!!

Showed up after driving half an hour for them to tell me they couldn’t do my test because they got send the wrong ID numbers. I don’t know why they couldn’t call me and tell me.

I was scheduled for an appointment at 8:30. I had made the appointment online and had to wait 2 weeks because they were so busy. I arrived And a sign was on the door Closed until further notice. I was not called or emailed. Very frustrating. I know it must be hard to staff the locations but very aggravating experience.

I went in for a walk-in drug test for my new job and the lady working told me she had a packed schedule but was able to squeeze me in between clients and that meant a lot to me. I am glad they worked with me!
