“I was pleasantly surprised by the high level of customer service I experienced at the CVS pharmacy in Waynesboro. In the past, I received horrible service at other CVS locations. I only returned because their prices for my prescriptions is much less expensive than other pharmacies and they are open 7 days a week. To contact the Waynesboro pharmacy, I had to leave a voicemail, which was concerning. I assumed that the pharmacy must be understaffed and overrun with customers. But I received a call-back promptly, and the staff member was very pleasant and helpful. On occasions when I went inside to pick up my prescriptions, the lines moved quickly. I was really touched by how several pharmacy staff members interacted with patients who clearly had emotional and physical challenges. The staff were incredibly kind, respectful and sincere, going above and beyond to treat each person with respect and dignity. Based on my positive customer experience, I plan to transfer all my prescriptions to this CVS.”

“This pharmacy is awesome. It was a little rocky when they merged with Antietam, but they always do their best and have bent over backwards for me on a few occasions when I forgot to order a prescription refill until I was out. The folks working here are very nice and I always have a pleasant experience every time. Thanks, guys!”
