“I've known Dave since I was a kid, he's tended to my parents' medication and my grandparents too, if I'm remembering right; he's amazing. He came in on a Sunday to ensure my father had medication needed for a kidney stone removal. Among so much else he's done for my family. He and the staff are incredible, patient and there's no question too ridiculous.”

I would recommend them to anyone seeking any kind of pharmaceuticals. The staff is courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. I left the doctor's office, went immediately to the pharmacy and had my prescription within 5 minutes. I will be switching all my medicinal needs to Savage Pharmacy!”

Because everyone at the Waynesboro location was was just so rude but that's mostly changed. Almost everyone here in really nice and very helpful especially Nicole the cashier. She's very friendly. “I was pleasantly surprised by the high level of customer service I experienced at the CVS pharmacy in Waynesboro. In the past, I received horrible service at other CVS locations. I only returned because their prices for my prescriptions is much less expensive than other pharmacies and they are open 7 days a week. To contact the Waynesboro pharmacy, I had to leave a voicemail, which was concerning. I assumed that the pharmacy must be understaffed and overrun with customers. But I received a call-back promptly, and the staff member was very pleasant and helpful. On occasions when I went inside to pick up my prescriptions, the lines moved quickly. I was really touched by how several pharmacy staff members interacted with patients who clearly had emotional and physical challenges. The staff were incredibly kind, respectful and sincere, going above and beyond to treat each person with respect and dignity. Based on my positive customer experience, I plan to transfer all my prescriptions to this CVS.”
