Made an appointment a month out to have my hair colored before leaving for a wedding. Arrived to my appointment only to be told the stylist didn’t work there anymore and had left right around the time my appointment was made. I was never informed she was gone to try and reschedule and due to my own work schedule they could not get me in before I leave. Extremely unprofessional.

Tyla has always been the only hair stylist in this entire tri state area who does my hair right, and she nails it every time. My hair is thick, frizzy, hard as heck to deal with, and she aces whatever I ask her for. She's amazing!
