Horrible service! Well no service at all. I called about seats for my son’s truck. They told me to come and they would have someone take me out in the yard and show me them. I drive 45 minutes and when I walked in I was told it would be a minute. I waited a hour! During that hour the same gentleman named Shawn that helped me when I got there asked me 3 different times “can I help you?” Umm really!? The gal working had to remind him why we were there. His customer service and personality was equivalent to a damn rock! Also while I waited someone else came in to pick up parts that were already pulled. They then asked about sensors that did not come with their parts. The gal informed them the parts vehicle was all the way up on the hill. Well guess what, she sent a guy to go pull the parts! The guy that was supposed to show us the seats. Absolutely the worst customer service ever. I don’t recommend going there. There plenty of better parts yards around. I know I won’t be back.

Called to purchase a part. I live out of town. They would not ship the part I needed. Get with the times. I made my purchase with another recycler and they were happy to ship it to me. Lost business

I do not have the wrong business I tried calling you guys and the garage that worked on my car tried calling you guys and talking to you guys and you guys said no we are not going to reimburse me or give me another motor he even told you guys the motor was filled with sludge and everything you guys basically said oh well not your problem gace me two month warranty and I was well in my warranty and still wasn't covered you guys are liars and scammers no I am not changing my comment

2013 dodge dart 2.0 65,000 miles.on the motor Do not buy any motors from this place they told me that I would have a warranty on my motor and it was 60 day warranty it took the garage two weeks to put the motor in and the oil pan was patted with oil sludged up they cleaned it and drive the car for two weeks and cylinder one ended up going they said in the warranty that it didn't matter if the other motor would be more that it would be covered well it ended up not being covered they said nothing they can do about it and it was a 2013 dodge dart 2.0 with 65 thousand miles I repeat do not buy nothing from them they are not trust worthy they act all nice while selling you the parts but when it goes wrong within the warrant they don't honor it say they can't do nothing that I would have to buy a whole new motor and I even had the garage that did it call they told them the same thing So do not buy nothing also drove 2.5 hours after I worked grave yard shift they seem very nice but they will screw you over like they did me I was well within my 60 day warranty so be careful when you deal with these scammers I don't care what any body says this was the begging of the summer also happened this year they are scammers be aware they act nice but they don't honor nothing for nothing

Expected me to pay in full without seeing any pictures of the body part before they would pull it, "if there is any damage then we will send pictures". Very rude and condescending, I'm not new to the business or a child but that's what she treated me like. I would never pay in full sight unseen.
