90% of the time, they are good, BUT they can be rude and snooty. Manager as well.

Manager was rude unfortunately, I was trying to ask the clerk a question regarding opening a new account to help my disabled sibling cash their checks and the manager happened to be standing there. Clerk looked at the Manager and he just said “I’m the manager; no”, walked away and shut the door of his office. I was really disappointed as I had previously reviewed their policy online to ensure they allowed the process I was inquiring about, but he didn’t even give me a chance to say anything. Scurried away to his office before I could even ask why HIS policy differs from M\\u0026T’s policies listed online. :(

Every time I come here there is a problem.. weather I want to take out 10 or get a roll of quarters. There's always an issue and it's so slow. There is no one else in drive thru and their parking lot is empty and I've been sitting here 10 minutes now. I'll be taking my business somewhere else later this week.

The tellers here will print out account information for you without verifying your identification. They will just let you walk out with a statement in your hand and you do not even have to ask for it, they will offer it to you.

So for months I go through the drive thru at the bank on Main Street and everyone is pleasant. I don't bank here but my paychecks for work are drawn off M&T Bank and I get payed for little odd and end things from people who bank here as well. Now since I do not have an account there I pay a small fee to cash checks but it isn't that bad. Today I was informed by the woman in drive thru that I am unable to cash a check unless I come inside to the lobby because I don't have an account with the. I tried explaining to her that I am there every week cashing a check through the drive thru but she argued with me that I was wrong and that if they are cashing my checks that the employees there must not realize that I don't have an account with them. Hence they obviously know I don't if I pay the small fee at hand. It isn't a big deal with my experience today but maybe you need to get all your employees on the same page, so they follow all rules and teach them not to argue with customers when they try to explain things to them. One rude employee makes your business look bad. I will not be stopping back through this drive thru anytime soon and am so glad there are other branches of this bank that I can go to.

I've been doing both business and personal banking here for years. Couldn't be happier. They go above and beyond to help you. Greg White, Brian Cook, and Tim Parry are all excellent. Would highly recommend them.

Always a good experience when going inside. Staff is friendly and call you by name. But some assinine​ rules and policies, including not having counter check in the drive thru service area. So forget about going on sat and sun unless you go to the ATM. But you can only get out 500 at once.
