6 Thousand dollar mistake!!! If I had to do it all over again I would’ve never had this done!!! I was told it wouldn’t stain and that I wouldn’t have to pressure wash it every spring not so much the case it looks terrible! A that’s not the worst part when this coating was done the first time and was wanting paid. When I was looking over the work there were shoe prints all over the place and places where they that looked like there were scraps it wasn’t worth the over $6,000 I was paying. Said they would fix it but then just threw down the sand part and thought it was good yeah it looked nice but after a few hard rain storms I all washed away and we had sand tracked all through our house when we went out onto the patio. Then they finally came back out last summer said it would get fixed not the case again it’s still stained really bad over the winter and there are marks in places still!! So in my opinion I regret even having it done it’s not worth $6,200 I could have just painted it with patio paint and saved myself a lot of money and aggravation. So if you are thinking about doing this coating I wouldn’t recommend it at all!!!!

Had a fantastic experience with K&M. They leveled my old sunken stamped concrete patio last week and we couldn't be happier. Every single interaction with them was a five star experience. Their estimator was a no BS guy, extremely professional. Confident but not obnoxious or boisterous and very reassuring. Office personnel were always polite and helpful and the crew that did the work were friendly, professional, prompt, courteous, and worked cleanly and carefully around my home. I had three quotes to do this work and part of the reason I chose K&M was they actually answered the phone every time I called. They are nice enough but my concrete is still not level and they left the job incomplete because they didn't know how to level part of the concrete. I just wish they would have been honest about it from the beginning instead of doing something they knew was a problem in the past as was evident by the worker saying "first time I had this problem this year". The parts properly raised look fine, but the full result was uneven and incomplete.

This company was very easy to work with. I had a problem inside my house. They came in and fixed it all to the way it should be. They took there time to make sure none of my walls which are drywall crack. I would highly recommend them to do any concrete repair you need. There price matched the other two I got difference was K&M gave me a warranty on there work.

I was looking for someone to compete some minor repairs on our sidewalls. K&M Outdoor was proactive and called me to offer a site visit & estimate. Within the week we met the estimator. We were happy with the amount and how he explained what would be done. The scheduler called the next day and we were on their schedule the next week. They showed up on time. Explained what they were doing and completed the job within a few hours. Everything looks good. Everyone we dealt with from that first phone call to job completion were very professional and knowledgeable.

K&M Outdoor did an excellent job of leveling our front walkway. The concrete slabs had cracked and settled over the years and it was a bit of a hazard being so uneven, and the cracks were getting larger by the year. In about three hours they had leveled the walk and filled the cracks. The job looks fantastic! The crew was very professional and knowledgeable of the products they were working with, and they took the time to explain the process and answered all my questions as they worked. I highly recommend K&M Outdoor for any concrete leveling jobs around your property.

Where to begin? Dave was wonderful to work with; any questions or obstacles with the city permit office (which there were many) he was on top of it and took care of business. Our retaining wall project, although lengthy (because of city permit office) turned out great. The crew were very courteous and took great care with our property. I would highly recommend to any property owner, period.
