I have bought many fire arms at the Hunters Den over the years, I had a problem with a bolt on a pre-owned rifle that I bought from them and they repaired it and didn't charge me anything! I stop in everytime I'm in town!

It truly is unfortunate to the nice employees that work at this establishment. They treat people with respect. The owner, on the other hand, is absolutely the rudest person I have met in a long time. The words that came out of his mouth were shocking, to say the least. After an issue was handle this person just would not stop berating an individual. It was completely unnecessary and very unprofessional. You stated business is slow, well maybe your behavior is why.

Owner was very rude and condescending. Even after issue was acknowledged, he continued to be rude and talk down to us. Will never recommend this business nor will I ever return.

Great place to purchase. Tons of in depth knowledge - fair and just a great place. Meet tons of folks all willing to help. We recently moved to the area and the Den has been great.

My wife and I purchased our first home defense Glock 17 recently, but had trouble finding ammo as there is a 9mm shortage as of writing this review. Hunter's Den had several variety in stock (Fed, Remington, along with a remanufactured reputable brand) and were more than happy to sell me whichever I chose. The fella I interacted with was very knowledgeable and patient with me. Would recommend for first time gun owners.

I can’t speak for the negative reviewers here but my experience has been good so far. Topped off today when the retired air force guy (didn’t catch his name. Saw the hat though) helped me on a tricky situation. Made the extra calls and worked the whole situation out with professionalism and courtesy. Left feeling good about money well spent here. I’ll be back soon!
