They are terrible. Nothing was in order. App was down to sign and to pay. Had to go back to office 3 different times. A complete joke of a business.

I can only speak for one office, but when I had called in to meet with a small business professional they said I needed to wait longer for that. I was happy to oblige to get the correct tax rep, but when I showed up to that meeting it was not with a small business rep. It took two weeks of communication with the incorrect rep, to finally get a small business rep. That rep was knowledgeable and did their best to get me through in time for the taxes to be due, but there was not enough time for them to get to properly know me or my business. If you are a small business owner, I would not recommend using HR Block.

I always have hrblock do my taxes even though I up load everything and it's all in the computer the price is high for only a 30 min job but I don't want to mess them up so I have you guys do them

Charge way to high for them to due my taxes I will not be returning back at all for anymore tax refund filling and help I was not happy one bit about and have lost me as a customer permanently
