The service was fast , the design was beautiful but after a day of paying $35 for nails my white nails turned yellow which has never happened to me and really disappointing .

I'm having hard time giving this place even one star..I'm a retired cosmetologist..licensed for 40years..I owned my own salon for 20 years and in my long career I never treated a client like the gentleman that works at (or may possibly own) this establishment treated my 20 year old niece! It was her first time ever getting gel nails applied and she was so excited to do so! He was rude and abrupt and he scolded her for how she held her hands for him. I understand he may have had a hard day or it could just be his way or how the culture he comes from may treat people. However it does not excuse making her first experience embarrassing in front of a shop full of clients! My niece is a hard working, kind and caring person, not like alot of other young women her age. She holds an assistant managers position at a quaint little Greencastle restaurant so I know she was not rude or arrogant with this man! Think twice about going here or atleast be prepared for his personality! My mom was a professional cosmetologist for 47 years and she told me when I took up the profession that no matter what you are facing in your personal life when you step behind that chair you put your professional mask on and do your job with finesse!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️5 stars for my mani/pedi! The technician took her time, listened to a couple of concerns, and I felt like I was at a spa under her care.⭐️ 1 star for my waxing. I asked for lip/chin/brow waxing and the technician was very sloppy, and it felt like she was slathering wax on my lip and chin. I could tell she was using too much wax, and I told her once to only wax once in a location to avoid irritating my skin. However, she didn’t listen and my skin feels very raw afterwards. I would totally go again for nail service but not for waxing.

They do a nice job I have been going there for a long time I get my nails done and sometimes get a pedicure. However they have a price sign up and it said a fill was $25 however when I asked they said a fill was $35 there prices are never consistent one time it's $40 the next time it's $35 and another time it's $50 it's frustrating to the point I don't think I am going to go back I am going to find a new place.

Do not waste your money going here! The place was cluttered and the bathroom was DISGUSTING. My nail tech was clearly in a hurry and cut me several times during my pedicure and I think she may have rubbed my calves and feet for about 15 seconds seconds. Worst pedicure I’ve gotten in a LONG time!

I just went to Elite for the first time and got a gel manicure and pedicure by Tina. She did an awesome job exfoliating my skin! I’ve been getting mani-pedis from other salons and didn’t realize how much dead skin they left behind. Tina meticulously trimmed away excess skin around my nails and removed the calluses on my feet. I can’t believe how much better they look and feel. Great selection of polish colors. I paid slightly more than I do at my regular salon but it was totally worth it.

My technician hurt me multiple times and each time I said so, she didn't slow down or try to improve. The space is cluttered and dirty. Will never visit again.
