Car breakdown near McConnellsburg, PA, on Friday afternoon July 12. Engine overheated due to leak. Called towing service and left car at Dick’s Auto Repair, keys and contact info in mail box per instructions from customer service. Shop owner called Monday morning, July 15 with repair estimate. Car was repaired and ready to pick up Tuesday afternoon on July 16. The repair & labor costs were reasonable. I was very impressed with the service provided for a small, local and Veteran owned shop. I definitely would recommend Dick’s Auto Repair.

Very positive customer experience and speedy service. They were very communicative about what parts my car needed, the cost, and what I could expect. They are not satisfied with solving the first problem that they come across-- they went the extra mile and identified other underlying problems that caused my vehicle to break down and ensured it was fixed. I was very pleased with their thoroughness and patience with keeping me up to date on the status of my vehicle.Services: Auto battery replacement

Owner never called back with a price on a repair he said they could do after getting me in for another repair... Basically lied to just to get my previous $300.. Find someone truthful....
