I wish there was an option for negative stars. The worst pharmacy I have ever seen. Very unorganized. Very poor quality of service from a pharmacy.

Pharmacy sucks, better not have an emergency or you will be dead before you get help.

I wish I could put zero stars. They take forever to answer the phone and they don't actually start filling your prescription until you call and ask about it hours after they received it. It's kinda really important that I get my antidepressants ASAP. Savage's next to them would always have it filled within an hour and you'd never have to call. It shouldn't be my responsibility to make sure you do your job without being asked.

This cvs is one of the worst cvs . I have been a cvs customer for years. I moved here from another state and transfered all my prescriptions to cvs waynesboro. They never have my medicine it takes a month to order it. The wait time on the phone is horrible. Worst ever customer service. When you call to ask about if your medicine is in they say they ordered it. And now here I am a month later and still nomedicine. .

I wish I could give this CVS a 0 star rating. My roommate and I visit this location, pretty regularly, to drop off UPS packages. 90% of the time, we have to walk around the store and find an employee (who’s normally stocking items) to help us, which we’ve never minded, because they’re consistently short staffed, which we’ve always been totally understanding about. We get it. However, tonight, when we walked in, we saw a woman, who made eye contact with us, walk behind the counter. When we made I contact, I said, “Hi! How are you?” She didn’t respond, which I thought was weird, but then I realized she was on a call, with a Bluetooth piece in her ear. Okay, fine…no big deal. THEN, she stood directly next to us, didn’t acknowledge us at all, didn’t say “someone will be right with you.” Nothing. Just continued her call with another employee (presumably), complaining about the General Manager there, for about 5 minutes. She wasn’t wearing a name tag, and had on more casual clothes, so I assume she was a District Manager, making it even worse that she flat out ignored us. Anyway, eventually, another Manager came out, apologized for the wait, and took care of us. As soon as he came out, the woman walked away, continuing her conversation on the phone. How unprofessional! I understand that she may have been in the middle of an important call, but how difficult would it have been for her to simply ACKNOWLEDGE us (while standing LITERALLY two feet away), or tell the Manager that customers were waiting to be taken care of? I mean, seriously?! Having worked in customer service most of my life, I’m a very reasonable, patient person, but this woman was flat out rude and disrespectful. If she was a DM, I’m not surprised that she can’t keep employees and doesn’t know how to run her store, because she sure as hell didn’t know the first thing about customer service. This place is going downhill, and fast.

Horrible customer service.waited on the phone everyday for an hour for someone to answer no one ever answered.on the 3rd day of trying to. Get my prescription ready I go into the store S find the 3 people or standing around doing things.Everyone is ignoring the phones that are ringing.when I Ask the manager why she was ignoring every customer's phone call. She said we are short-staffed and we don't have time to answer the phones. This was after the regular cashier at the pharmacy gave me an situated and told her manager to handle me."

Slooooow. So slow. And don't waste your time trying to call in, you'll wait at least 15mins before you even get to speak to the pharmacy and that's if youre lucky.... You have to go thru their awful auto answering service. This company could do so much better.

I was in urgent care yesterday they sent in a new prescription to help with a very painful infection I received, they said it will be ready in an hour, so I gave it 4 hours because I know they can get busy. My partner goes in to pick it up for me 4 hours later they state that it’ll still not ready, but it will be in 30min so I said I will pick in up tomrorow (aka today), so I called them before heading into town to be on the safe side and now they’re telling me it will not be ready until 3pm. This is absolutely ridiculous and from now on I will going through savage for all prescriptions.

Person with disabilities needs to have the drive-thru at the Pharmacy that is closed more and more. In the last weeks I can't say when it has been open.I'd give NO stars if able!

Just go somewhere else. (Not Antietam) but anywhere else. Or you’ll be calling every month to fill, call your own doctors for authorizations and issues and still not have your medicine on time. Will literally let elderly parents go without their diabetic medications (overheard a man desperate in line 2-3 weeks ago) and then when they’re finally open and operational will blame it on the doctors or even patients for why things aren’t being filled. Stop giving them your business because they don’t care.

I went to pick up a prescription at the drive thru, and there was a hand written sign on the window that said something along the lines of "Pharmacy temporarily closed due to staffing issues." It was a little disappointing.

So slow. There is a reason they have an average of 2 stars on Google. I called and checked on two Rx and was told they would be ready in an hour. An hour and a half later I order a pizza for carryout and head to cvs to pick up my Rx. I get to the window and I'm told they are still working on it, they will expedite it, and it will be another 30 minutes. So now I'm sitting in the parking lot, my family's dinner is getting cold, and I'm thinking of expediting my future business to Savage Family Pharmacy. Do not recommend.

I have waited three weeks for a prescription to be filled. When I called to find out what the hold up was, I was told the MD's office hadn't written it correctly. Clarification of this showed the pharmacy wasn't reading the order correctly. When I called to inquire as to when my RX would be ready, I was hung up on by the pharmacy staff.
