Such a great experience! We are from out of state and while camping with our '84 Vanagon our starter went out. They went above and beyond to help us get back on the road as quick as possible. So grateful for their help!

Chris restored a 1972 Super Beetle for me. Completed August 2020. He did a spectacular job--especially the 9-coat paint job. The reviewer who said he doesn't cut corners got it exactly right. Chris demands from himself a very high standard of quality.

I have a 1979 VW bus (automatic) and couldn't find anyone locally to work on it, let alone someone who was familiar with the old German engineering. CJ Henry's was one of my first calls I made & I'm so glad I called. They had no problem driving 2 hours to pick the bus up & worked with me to keep within my budget. They went above & beyond what I ever expected. Chris kept working on things until it was what he would want on his own vehicles, didn't cut any corners & even put on some misc. things that I was missing that he had available at no extra charge (sun visor, etc.). Everything from the customer service to the actual work was top notch. Our bus now runs & shifts perfectly. There's so much more I could add to this but all I can say is that if you want quality work & a place that will exceed your expectations, this is the place to go! It was the best feeling seeing Chris pull up in the roll back with our Bus on the back shining & ready to roll. I know I'll be back for sure! Thank you so much Chris & Lori!!!! **Please Read**I purchased a vehicle that was supposed to have had the head rebuilt by CJ Henry's Automotive along with other odds and ends. After sending the vehicle to my local VW dealership, I learned that the work was not done and CJ Henry's billed the previous owner in full without completing the work. I proceeded to go to court where I won and CJ Henry's HAS NOT PAID. Every time I leave a negative review they create a new business page. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE

Never did the work he said and wrote up on my papers. It was taking to the actual dealer ship and they had proof it was never done.DONT TAKE YOUR VEHICLES HERE
