Bought a used car that ended up needing 4 new wheels. Allen was very patient working with me to find new wheels and they even squeezed me in on a Friday so I could drive my car that evening. Great customer service.

Very dishonest about pricing on my girlfriend's car told us they would check the brakes then up charged us $50 when all they did was drive the car around the corner they did no labor they didn't put the car up on the left basically made us wait while they drove the car around the parking lot and then charged us

I walked into BLUBAUGH’s without an appointment because I needed new tires. Not only did they fit me in almost immediately, they also sold me top quality tires without roping me into buying the most expensive. As a female, I was really impressed by this and very appreciative. They have definitely gained my trust, and I will return to them for other services.

I have used the company on many different occasions, and they have provided decent service until my my last visit. Dropped a tire off a tire to be patched. They said I could wait or pick it up a little later. I came back about an hour later and they said it was completed and I paid. Brought it home and put it back on my car and the pressure was low. Checked it and it hadn't even been fixed. The hole was still leaking. Had to take time out of my day the next day to take it back and they fixed it. I asked for a little reimbursement for my trouble and they said they would take care of me. There taking care of me was fixing it for no extra charge. I made two trips when it should have been just one. LESSON LEARNED.
