I've been going to Bingaman's garage for over twenty years and I cannot say enough good things about their service. I've never had the same issue twice, and he has never let a vehicle of mine leave the garage if he found a problem that may cause a safety concern later down the road. That's what I like most about Bingaman's, they care about their customers safety and things are done right.

I've been going to Bingaman's garage for over twenty years and I cannot say enough good things about their service. I've never had the same issue twice, and he has never let a vehicle of mine leave the garage if he found a problem that may cause a safety concern later down the road. That's what I like most about Bingaman's, they care about their customers safety and things are done right. I don't know what happened to Chris E., but this has never been the type of service that i've experienced. Yes, sometimes it takes time for them to get to your vehicle, but thats everywhere that stands behind their work and it's totally worth the wait. Especially, to have the confidence in knowing that your vehicle is done right and road ready. I've had my share of "quick fixes." I stopped at a nationwide garage affiliate in Philly during a weekend away to look at my trucks slushy braking problem, which started after hitting a massive unavoidable pothole. They said they couldn't find an issue after inspecting it on the lift and driving it around the parking lot. While there was clearly an issue, they said I was good to go. Thinking maybe I was a little paranoid about the whole thing I left for home. However, by the time I got going on the turn pike I realized I pretty much lost my breaks. So I got off at the next exit and almost smashed through the toll gate because I couldn't stop. I parked it, called a tow truck and sent it to Jerry's at that point. Turns out the quick fix shop didn't catch that my hub assembly was completely shot, but Jerry did within minutes of putting it on the lift.

This business never completed work that was scheduled for a Monday. I called twice through the week and by Friday it was never even started. I wish that Jerry would just have told me that he couldn't or didn't want to do the work instead of making us waste a whole week. Very careless and uneducated way to run a business. Also when I came to pick it up he told me that he was working on his wife's vehicle.
