I have taken my vehicles to them anytime that I have had a problem.
The service has always been top notch.
The work has been done in timely manner and the price has always been fair. I will continue to take my vehicles there.

RUDE RUDE RUDE! Went in for a handicapped placard and was treated like nothing but an inconvenience and as if I was stupid. I was about to spend over $300 in there for other things but I'm not going to contribute anymore to disrespectful people. My daughter was just murdered. You don't see me treating people like dirt.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE PEOPLE AT ALL! THE OWNER IS VERY RUDE AND INCONSIDERATE! I GOT MY CAR INSPECTED FOR A ENHANCEMENT. AND BECAUSE I DIDNT PAY THEM TO DO MY CAR WORK FOR THE ENHANCEMENT TO PASS. I GOT EVERYTHING DONE ELSE WHERE AND WENT BACK. BECAUSE MY BATTERY WAS DIED HE JUMPED IT AND THEN KICKED ME OUT! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM! THEY ARE ALL SO RUDE AND TREAT PEOPLE LIKE THEY ARE BENEATH THEM! IF YOUR A CAR SHOP YOU SHOULD STILL HELP PEOPLE NOT HAVE NO HEART AND OVER CHARGE OR PUSH SOMEONE AWAY JUST BECAUSE YOU HAVE A ISSUE WITH LIFE AND YOURSELF! YOU DONT EVEN DESERVE A ONE STAR!

I took my Corvette here for repair. I was quoted a $1000 with the parts. I bought the parts myself, come back. It took them 3 weeks to get it done. And then they still charged me a $1000. And now my Corvette is leaking transmission fluid everywhere. They have no idea what they're doing.

Do not go there at all. I took my bike there to get two tires put on and when I go to pick it up there is damage to my side fairing near tank. The guy kept stalling my bike because he's stupid enough not to know to put the kickstand up. Then they kick me off the property for just wanting a damage report. The tattoo guy punk is just that. Yeah I said it.

This place refuses to take responsibility for damaging a customers vehicle. I came in one day to get an inspection and to pop a panel back in on a front bumper. They couldn’t do that, said that the clips are broken, they weren’t… but what they did do is completely scratched up my bumper and ruined the plastic piece. Went back the next day, they said the boss won’t be in til Monday, fine… I come back Monday, they send some lower mechanic to take a look at it and try to deflect the blame. Says “I don’t know what he wants to do, just leave your number”, so I came there to speak with the boss and he wouldn’t even come out. Total waste of my time, and cost me more money, they refused to take responsibility. Do not trust this shop to do a good job. Do your homework and take your car to an honest shop.

I didn’t get the name of the notary/front desk lady working, but I should’ve. I was dealing with a restoration fee, that I needed to pay asap, nobody else could help me in the time being, and the MVA told me this was the only place that could do it for me, the lady working the front desk was kind, extremely professional, she made me feel comfortable, even though I had no idea what I was doing. She literally saved me and I could not thank her enough.

Where to start. They lost my key, and accused me of trying to pick my car up before it's ready, which makes no sense at all. After I said I got a call that the car was ready I was instructed to "go outside and check to see if maybe they left it in the car", and "If it's not there I don't know what to tell you because we don't have it". So I walked out to search the car to see if it was there. It wasn't, but my car was left unlocked.They significantly underquoted. When I asked to discuss the charge to find a resolution I was told to wait. A minute later the owner came bursting through the door looking red-faced and angry. He didn't ask a single question before physically threatening me and ranting about how he owns four businesses and has been doing this for 30 years. When I offered to pay the undisputed amount , which was 95% of the bill, and the remaining after resolution he came over and slammed his hand on the invoice while continuing to yell at me.When I asked why he was escalating the situation and how we could resolve the issue, the owner retaliated by screaming to his desk worker to send me a bill for storage. They didn't store the car...Oh, and the car is still making the same noise, so really a terrible company to do business with.I should have read more reviews on this place before going there.There are other mechanics within a couple miles. Use them.

so I was traveling through the area and had some car issues and stopped by this place for service.everyone here could not have been nicer, and the service was great. Big shoutout to "Jeff Hicock" ; he was fast and professional and let me know what the issue was and got me in-out real fast.and to top it off they didn't even charge me for labor, only just for the part, so that was awesome, and I would recommend this place.I know most of the review for this place are bad, but everyone has different experiences, and mine was a very good one.

Got my tag and title there upon purchasing my vehicle. Didn't notice until a few years later when it came time to renew my registration that they spelled my last name wrong on my title and registration. When I went in to get it corrected they told me it was my fault that I didn't check to make sure all the information was correct, were generally unpleasant and charged me a second time to order a corrected title that I didn't screw up in the first place. $58 later I'm waiting for the new one to arrive, hopefully with the correct information this time. Will never go there again for anything. Save yourself the hassle and misery and go somewhere else.

I never had a problem with this place . Always took my car here . Just a couple weeks ago took my car for a simple fix antifreeze was leaking . Picked my car up and thought the problem was fixed yet they did not put on a hose correctly and did damage to my car . It burnt the motor on my car & now I’m Carless thanks to one simple mistake . Obviously they will not take responsibility for anything!!!Service: Auto maintenance

Don't take your vehicle here for any repairs or inspections. Something told me to stay clear of this place, but it came via referral. As soon as I got there, a guy was desperately attempting to work out a titling issue, which he did, I guess, to some degree...however as soome as he left the clerks started speaking negatively about him...as I'm sure they did with me after I'd departed.Regarding my visit, I went there for PA vehicle safety inspection as I'd awkwardly anticipated. They failed me due to wiper washers not working, rear LEDs on trim being out, and no CAT. Washer were working fine...my guess was they had no clue how to operate them. When I mentioned it inside, the female clerk said it was intermittently not working. LEDs had no bearing on the vehicles operation. The tech mentioned afterwards that I'd more than likely would get pulled over for it. It's highly unlikely, and I call BS. The only semi legit finding was the missing CAT, but I had no emission requirement in my county, so it shouldn't have even been considered.At the end of the day, these shops like this look for $hit to fail you on so they can drum up repair cost. Upon leaving, I was offered a day next week so they could "troubleshoot" all my issues and provide a quote for repairs. At another cost, I'm sure. I paid them their $28 and got the F on. Do yourselves a favor and go to a trusted mechanic shop and stay clear of this place. I really should've trusted my gut and mainly checked their reviews prior to pulling into the parking lot!
