Worst Bank ever! I had an issue two weeks ago with an unauthorized charge on my account for customer service representative , who I can hardly understand, shut my car off without telling me she did send me out a new one, but I had no clue that it was shut off and went to the store after she did that she blind transfer me into dead air without any follow up instructions. Also, this Bank lies about doing the extra day NSF fees its all for advertisement. I love the charger account overdraft fees !

Worst service ever! Called this branch to make an appointment to pay off my mortgage. I have been on the phone for 20 minutes without success. One person I spoke to said that there were no Wells Fargo Banks close to my home, when there are multiple banks within a 5 mile radius. I finally told her to stop repeating that since it was not true. So, let me get this right, I want to pay them money and I can't get an appointment?

Very bad experience at that branch. I'm wondering if the branch manager has enough qualifications to be on his position. He refused to sign or stamped my bank statement that he printed himself from my account. I needed that in order to be approved for the loan. That is unbelievable that he is a branch manager and doesn't understand the basic banking and his job.

This bank sucks!!! They gave me such a hard time and im a private bank wells fargo customer i should not have too go threw all of this to get a cashiers check.. and the indian lady is a b**** and the white lady!! This location is horrible!!! Spare your time!!!
