2 months ago, I’ve bought the Pickly Pear Oil and I’m really impressed about the quality. This oil has a very light, refreshing scent. “This review is long overdue. Emily is amazing! I visit this store when I am running low on my favorite vitamin. Whenever I visit this store and Emily is working, she is ALWAYS super helpful and extremely friendly. If this particular location does not have my vitamin in stock, she goes above and beyond to try and find it for me at another location close by. She has even taken the time to call another location, to confirm it was in stock, and asked them to to hold it for me. You are always greeted at the door with a warm hello from Emily as well. Great customer service on her part. Keep up the great work, Emily!”

“I came to this place for the first time recently. Not really the greatest experience I’ve had but it’s on the smaller side for a vitamin shop location. There was only one staff member which offered no greeting or assistance. Still gets the job done but I think I will only come here if I can’t find another locations nearby.
2nd attempt was much better. 3 staff members present. Greeted us and asked if we needed help and made the experience in their store professional ??”

“Felix was so amazing! Decent customer service is hard to come but to find excellent customer service is definitely something worth mentioning! I, like others, wound up in the wawa parking lot wondering "where did I go wrong?" or in my case "is Google maps messing with me?" ?. Despite the huge display and van out front ? ?. Naturally I called for help... initially put off by the automated operator before getting a person on the phone ... in swoops Felix with his amazing people skills he was able to spot me by my shoes and obvious confusion waaaayyy across on the other side of the gas pumps looking in the wrong direction I hear an echo of his voice "hey I'm over here! I'm jumping up can you see me?" There he was standing directly in the glare of the ? Felix along with his coworker (forgive me for not remembering your name you were so informative and beyond helpful! )who completed my order were by far the most knowledgeable in all the various shops who sell cbd kratom and many other products.”
