Highly recommend this location. Ryan was extremely contributive and very personable. He kindly assisted me in resolving an issue regarding a damaged parcel - and even took the time to call and provide me with updates on the claim throughout the week. Earned my trust and will be back!

On Saturday, I visited and spent $70 to ship a UPS envelope scheduled to arrive Monday. On late Monday afternoon, I tracked my package. It indicated "label created" with no shipping updates, meaning it had not been scanned to a truck. My package didn't even leave the store and arrived a day late on Tuesday. I do not have confidence in this location to ship items as promised.
