Tribe is a great gym. The culture and energy is fantastic as are the people. They make the most out of a small gym with very focused programs that are considerate of your time. Using a daily mix of cardio, met cons, and high strength routines, within 25 minutes you’ll get the best workout you’ve had in a long time. We’ve made friends here.

I've been going to Tribe for almost a year and a half, and go about 4 mornings a week. I never liked group gym workouts until now! The trainers are motivating and helpful with form and the other tribe members feel like friends. The workouts, although short to fit into busy schedules, are intense, challenging and change daily. For me, it is a great way to start off my day and the tribe classes have made me my strongest ever!

I have been going to Tribe for almost 6 years. The trainers get to know you and how to support you towards your goals. It's a 25 minute workout that will push you to your limit, but what I love about it is that you determine that limit. You work alongside a wide range of ages and fitness levels...everyone is out of breath and everyone is cheering each other on. It's easy to create habit with that sense of community.

My wife and I have been members for about 10 years now and Tribe is as big a part of our daily routine as our morning Joe. The workouts are efficient (< 30 min.), but intense (but only as intense as you want them to be and completely modifiable based on your goals). The coaches are great and get to know you. Results-wise I've lost inches off my waist, yet made strength and cardiovascular gains without sacrificing my big appetite!

After averaging a new gym membership every year for 10 years, I joined Tribe Fitness Main Line in 2019 and haven’t looked back. Tribe has provided the results, manageability, accountably and fun atmosphere that I craved but could never find.

I've been going to Tribe for about 5 years. I like not having to think about the workouts. The coaches all have some sort of exercise science / physio / trainer background, so each week is well balanced. For example, the 5 weekday focuses will be Upper Body / Lower Body / Cardio / Upper / Lower. Or another week might be Push & Cardio / Pull & Cardio / Full Body / Pull / Push. You show up, do the work for your 35 min time block (warm up, explain, 24-25 mins of hard work, a few mins of cool down & stretch), and you're outta there! Sat is cardio, which I rarely do.The clientele is mostly middle aged adults: a great group of people who support each other. Not the gym for you if you're trying to find a hot date. We're pretty fit & maybe hot, but mostly partnered.

Good stuff - the only gym/workout that I've been able to consistently keep in my routine. The vibe is fun and the workouts tough and effective. AND ALL IN < 30 min! Bill works hard to make it a community, which keeps us coming back.

I worked out Tribe Fitness earlier today and couldn’t have been more impressed by the welcoming environment, the knowledge of the coach and the time the owner took to get to know me. The workout was intense, but very scalable based on your fitness level. I could leave my house, get a great workout in, and be back home within an hour which is very appealing. I will be back!!

I have been going to the Tribe for about 10 years, and I could not be happier. I consider the Tribe more than just a gym. It's like you have your own personal trainers each and every day. Trainers that get to know you individually (strengths and weaknesses) and cater to your needs. They have become like family to me. Like a way of life. I am so grateful for all that they have done for me, both physically and mentally. If you are looking to make a change in your life, the Tribe is the place for you. Thank you Bill and team!!!

I LOVE Tribe! 25 minute workouts that kick your butt and helps you get into awesome shape! The staff is super friendly and motivating, always correcting form and also offering nutrition workshops to help you reach and exceed your goals. There are lots of classes throughout the day so if you miss one you can probably make the next one! The workouts are never boring but they're over and you're done before you even know it!

I love coming to Tribe. The trainers are always helpful but not in your face. They give guidance and encouragement when it’s needed. The workouts are intense, cover all different types of exercise. You can work on your own or join in with the “tribe” it’s always fun and often grueling!

Hands down the BEST gym! Sessions are small so you get individualized attention, a different but challenging workout every day, extremely knowledgeable trainers, and a very upbeat and supportive environment. I've gotten in the best shape of my life at Tribe and I can't recommend it enough!
