Questionable integrity. Waited for my Etsy order for over a month. Never received it and their Etsy shop is now closed. A tracking number wasn’t shared so I reached out & haven’t heard back. I’ll just fix the issue on the banks end for a refund, leave a review and move on with my day.

I had the pleasure of working with Jacqui and Vanessa from TPD for my wedding in May 2022. My wedding was originally supposed to take place in May of 2020, but due to the pandemic we had to postpone two years. TPD could not have been more understanding and flexible when working with me on all of the changes that needed to be made to our plans based on the face that we had three different wedding dates.TPD created not one, but two amazing save the dates, my wedding invitations and all of my day of details for the wedding including loads of signage, menu cards, escort card displays, a stage background, a dance floor, etc.. We had a lot of stuff lol- simple was not my vibe!I truly could not have been happier with how everything turned out. Not a single detail was overlooked and our guests could not stop raving about all of the unique touches and beautiful design elements. Everything that we designed together for almost three years was brought to life on the wedding day and it was perfect.Jacqui, Vanessa and the rest of the TPD team, you are INCREDIBLE!!

Personally, I love paper. I love design. I love branding. But what Vanessa and her team does is far beyond that. They tell a story through their design and it is simply unbelievable. They create stunning creations that marvel my clients again and again. As a client myself as well, I can honestly they are the best in the business! ï¸

Vanessa and her team at Two Paper Dolls changed my life and have done incredible things for my business. They re branded our business, created new website and marketing materials, have managed our SEO, social media marketing and consulted on overall marketing strategies for our business over the last 20 months. It has been one of the best decisions I have ever made for my company.

Vanessa and her team at Two Paper Dolls are AMAZING!!! They are some of the most creative and awesome people that I have ever had the chance to work with. Our Save the Dates were beautiful - they incorporated every element that we asked for and even went above and beyond to make them more special. The invitations were equally as beautiful. I wanted something traditional, yet fun and Vanessa made it happen!! We were so lucky to be able to work with this great team to help us create amazing things for our big day!!! If you are planning a wedding, party or event TPD is truly the ONLY place to go!

We contracted with TPD to help us rebrand both our venue and catering company. Vanessa and her team made the process so easy and we love the results. Since the rebranding we have also used TPD for holiday cards and additional web design. They are creative and talented!!

I am new to the process of creating a brand. TPD has guided (occasionally redirected) the process. They took the time to understand what we were creating, undersyand the mission and then execute. The result has been perfection. Our branding truly reflects who we are and what we are trying to do. They are honest, creative, thoughtful and brilliant. They will be our go to company as our brand grows. Thank you for caring

I happened across Two Paper Dolls and couldn't help but step inside -- without the Tall Man beside me, I can't resist the allure of paper and pretty designs. This is a cute little shop with high end cards and gift items, plus the option to design your own stationary. I definitely enjoyed the eye candy, but couldn't see myself shopping here often -- maybe more for inspiration or a special occasion, since their cards average out to ~$5 a pop. They do have a nice variety of classy and cheeky cards. If you are a letterpress n*** who loves the feel of luxury cardstock, it will be delightful. I particularly appreciate that they carry quite a lot of cards and products by Emily McDowell, a graphic designer I much admire. (PS she makes the best "get well" cards, if you haven't encountered them before.)

Two Paper Dolls is INCREDIBLY GIFTED when it comes to design and aesthetic and INCREDIBLY LACKING when it comes to the client experience, professionalism, clarity of terms, and adherence to a schedule (which, when you have a wedding timeline, is pretty essential). Our invitations were delivered 2 weeks late, and this was only after I reached out to the "project manager." There was no project management. They also don't present you with a contract, and require a $1,000 retainer up front. This retainer is for the process of design, and they don't apply it to your invoice until the "end of the design process." It was ambiguous and weird because we were always confused about how much we owed, when, and what the retainer was being applied for. As another reviewer on Wedding Wire put it, it seems the assumption is that you'll keep adding on services and design elements -- but if you don't want to do that, you have to be really clear that they should STOP designing so that you can "redeem" your retainer -- otherwise it's lost and you have to apply it to more products. Bottom line: our invitations came out beautifully, but the experience of working with them was more stressful than any other vendor. I'll bullet point pros and cons below. PROS 3 beautiful design options to pick from The invitations really reflect the wedding and the venue Excellent execution and final product - really stunning CONS Every time they set a deadline they were 1-2 weeks late delivering Our initial meeting stipulated the design ideas would take 2 weeks; it took 3 The delivery of our invitations was 2 weeks late Confusing terms of service, no contract, odd payment structure A project manager who doesn't reach out; you have to keep checking in yourself

I used Two Paper Dolls for my business cards and the files were quite complex. TPD worked through our old files which were made years ago for process printing and prepped them for letterpress. All this on a tight deadline. Their printers are top notch... even stopping the presses and volunteering re-printing the job when it was discovered that a part of our design just didn't translate well to Letterpress printing. It was close, but they shipped the cards we needed overnight for an event. And it should be said that the work was beautiful.

I ordered a onesie from them. They only contacted me once about what size I wanted. As it was sent to an email that I never use, I never got to give my answer. They should have tried messaging me over etsy (where I ordered). Once I contacted them to ask about my order, I asked if I could get a refund since I didn't need it anymore. They said that was fine and then didnt send the refund and ignored my messages asking when it would arrive. They said they would mail it out only once I threatened to leave a bad review. That was January 1st. They told me it would arrive last week. I still haven't received anything. I don't usually give bad reviews but this is just ridiculous.
