“This store has the cutest little playhouse hidden in the back and an EXCELLENT supply of toys. I think it's the best I've ever seen in a local shop. They would have 5 stars just for that and for their personable employees, but the owner unlocked the bathroom five minutes before closing so my toddler could poop and she did it so kindly--I'm a shopper for life here now.”

“We visited the store to buy some putty and came out with so many free goodies, you can make your own putty for free, not just the kids, the parents too, you get to mix colors, come up with your own creations and even name your putty, best of all its yours to keep, check it out.”

“I absolutely adore this store and have been a frequent shopper since we moved to the area last year. The staff are AMAZING! They are so sweet and accommodating and hugely helpful when finding books or toys. I buys all of my kids toys here and they LOVE this store. The selection is incredible and perfectly curated to have wonderful options for everyone (especially diverse selection of POC authors!). The owner is fantastic and has saved us TWICE when my son left his lovey in her store. She knows my name and is so kind every time we go. Honestly nothing beats supporting this incredible local business. This sweet women even put his lovey in a bag with my name on it when she found it because she recognize that it was my sons. 100 stars ?”
“People were friendly 5 Below should be more like $16 and below because it's a total misnomer. Found what I needed. However the employee response when asking about something specific is usually "IF we have it, it would be with THAT stuff over there..." No one really knows what's there but... Meh”

Found out if you began to pay for your items and come up short, there's no way to refund your money or remove an item. Five Below needs to add this process to their self checkouts or bring back the registers operated by people!”
