Not really friendly, weird vibe in store, lack of items on shelves and overall a bad experience.I would avoid this store.

It’s fine if you go on a weekday but on a weekend? go find a different target. Sat in self checkout line for 10 mins while all the registers were down/customers could not check themselves out and no one was available to help. Customer service rep kept ringing people out that were at the back of the line instead of helping clear the queue for self checkout.

Consistently terrible service. Prices ring up higher than the price on the shelf (on multiple occasions), but the staff is so lazy they refuse to check, stare blankly, and say they can't do anything. At least pretend like you checked the shelf... it's quite frustrating. Always out of inventory as well. Never had a bad experience at any other Target, just this one.

Very nice target store. Small and fully stocked.

I like the convenience of this target and that’s about it. The selection isn’t the greatest and they never have bags in stock to purchase when you’re checking out. I forgot my reusable bag and purchased ~20 items and asked if I could purchase a brown bag or reusable bag and they said they had none. I asked if they had a box from stocking that I could use and they said no. This has happened on several occasions. It wouldn’t be a huge problem if I drove, but I usually walk to the store and can’t walk home with 20 loose items in my arms. Hopefully they’ll be able to better stock their brown bags & reusable bags in the future.

This store is my nearest Target so unfortunately I visit as often as I shop in store. I will choose Walmart over this store, which says a lot about how terrible the selection is, how inaccessible and rude the staff is, and how ineffective any store policies are. This location fails to even meet the bare minimum for a national
[email protected]…Target Customer Relations,On 11/9/23 visited your Devon Target store (Wayne, PA) to purchase an item that was said to be in stock online. The inventory was cleaned out, and it is your corporate policy to issue a raincheck. The staff said they had no idea what a raincheck was. They even said Target doesn't do rainchecks, and they said goodbye without helping at all. How does this 180-degree disconnect occur? That same night, I then called the store 610-263-4744 and spoke to Sandra. I explained that there is a whole web page about Target's raincheck policy, and the manager ought to know this, and they should have helped instead of wasting customer time and gas to visit their store to buy an item that was not in stock. She told me her manager, Billy, was busy and she took my name and number for him to call me back. It is now 4 days later and Billy never called back.No one in this store knows how to do their job, no one wants to work. No one actually does any work, and no one has any shame about being lazy, unproductive, untrained, and worthless to customers. There seem to be zero repercussions for this because this has been the Devon store standard for a couple years now.No one in store was willing to put forth any effort to help me. You've now wasted over 2 hours on live chats, store visits, calls to store, and writing this email. Getting a raincheck should never be this miserable. And I still don't have one!I'm sending you this feedback so you can hopefully take action to correct the attitude of your staff at the Wayne, PA store, which is a dump.

I normally love this store due to the convenience but I recently had a horrible experience there. I bought a gift card at this location less that 2 weeks ago. Woman at the register rang up the card and did not give me an activation receipt. When i asked her for one, she told me it was on my store receipt so it was ok (pointing out that she had charged me for the card). I gave the gift card to someone as a gift a few days later and when they went to use it, there was nothing on the card. I went online to check the balance and sure enough it was zero. I called customer service to find out the gift card had been "spent" a day after I bought the card (before I even gave the gift card!). There is obviously less than honest people currently employed there.

Smaller sized target, not as many options but they have the basics. The workers are super kind! You do have to pay for bags.

I love this target location because it's within walking distance from my apartment. The associates are always helpful, but one thing to note is that this store doesn't have a large collection, and sometimes you may find empty grocery shelves.

Groups of teenagers running around the store, cursing and smoking. Staff said nothing as if it was normal. Disgusting

I never leave bad reviews, but after my third bad drive up experience I figured I would leave a review. Employees do not say a single word to you. Also, the app charges for bags but the employee just handed me 30 items without any bags through the window (including RAW meat). Do not recommend. I tried to reach out to the customer service directly before leaving a bad review but the phone just rang every time.

A terrible excuse for a target. Stock levels are that of a post looted store at almost all times.

Such great service bringing me goods and Starbucks to the car. Our Target associate was top notch….and a special treat for our pup!

This is my least favorite Target in the area. It used to be a Kmart, and still has that dreary feeling. A small footprint with less selection than most. 2 of the 4 self checkouts were broken. Malvern and King of Prussia locations are much nicer.

I normally love this store. It's a small format so specific things I'm looking for are generally in stock. Today however I decided to do drive up. The employee doing drive up was so rude. They loomed at my window with zero interaction. I gave my code and they literally threw my bag in the window. I smiled and said thank you and they just walked away. When I said you could at least say your welcome you would have thought I kicked their pet. Dead eye Dempsey keep looking back at me like I was a monster for asking them to be just a little polite. Store is good for in store purchases but maybe avoid this location for drive up.
