I've been living at Stratford Station Apartments in Wayne for over 2 years and I am happy with the accommodations. I would like to commend Kelsie, the Property Manager. During the extreme July heat last week the A/C was not working in my apartment. After putting in a maintenance request I contacted the Property Manager Kelsie. She was very polite and professional. She assured me that she would stay on top of the situation until it was taken care of. She had maintenance respond immediately to see if they could resolve the problem. Although they could not, they installed a window A/C unit in my bedroom so that I would be able to sleep comfortably at night. She then reached out to several HVAC companies and although everyone was inundated with calls for service, she was able to expedite the response time of one HVAC company who subsequently was able to fix the problem. I truly appreciate her attentiveness to resolving the issue. We spoke several times and she was polite and caring in every conversation. Thank you Kelsie!

Amazing Amenities! Gym, Bike Share, Dog Park, Putting Green, Amazon Lockers, Storage, Keyless and remote-controlled entry. Large, covered balconies. Close to food, shopping, pharmacies. Walking distance to train. Leasing Office onsite. Attentive staff. Maintenance issues taken care of ASAP. Highly recommend.

I have been a resident now for a few months and it has been nothing but nightmares. They coax resident into giving them 5-star reviews by giving incentives- that is the only way they would actually get any. The “newly renovated” apartments are far from renovated. Just patched up, cutting corners and costs. Also, I have to consistently keep the heat on in order to keep the place relatively warm due to the lack of insulation and draft coming from the vents. Overall wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemies.

The rooms are good...but costly than the other apartments.. Service is ok..but the location is the best part of it which is awesome.

Maintenance department is fantastic! Brian is wonderful at his job. Always prompt and gets the job done. Other than that, this place is horrible.

My maintenance people are lovely individuals who could not be nicer to an old lady who cannot figure out how to manage modern digital appliances. They have helped me enormously, and I could not be happier with my experience here with maintenance folks at Strafford Station Apartment Homes. Thank you.

Very rude management especially Sasha T.She does not have patience to listen and help tenants .If you schedule an apartment tour, Sasha will give limited options to choose units and not explanatory .Very expensive and they charge you nickel and dime.Pay for Water , Sewer , Gas , Trash pick up , parking etc . ? ? everywhere as there are many units under renovation
