I would truly give zero stars if possible. The people who work here truly are hatful of POC’s, especially black people. Not to mention Alex who is Uncle Rukus reincarnate. Literally felt like they think they’re going to catch something by being on proximity to black people. The micro-aggressions felt more like just aggression and clearly there is a prejudice that is upheld by the store manager Ryan, which impacts the way in which staff interact with customers and each other alike. Kind of crazy to be made to feel subhuman by men in look like they’re in their 40s. Honourable mention to Douglas who seems to also enable this sort of behaviour. Terrible to witness the issues this store has as a Black British visiting for the first time.

When in need of office supplies Staples is where I shop. To have a store associate there when you need them is more often difficult. This time it wasn’t. Still I had to find him. I wanted ink cartridges for my fountain pen but they are no longer in stock. I did get my various ballpoint refills though. Whenever I am in the store I check to see if common graphite pencils softer than #2 are stocked. Extra Soft Ticonderoga graphite pencils are what I like to use.

Just left Staples in Devon. After many failed attempts they were unable to process our business check. They switched registers and still could not process a perfectly good check. I had to use a personal credit card to cover the items. Next a sale item came up at the original price and I had to go to the item and point out the sale price in order to ‘prove’ it was on sale. Not a good feeling after shopping here and it is the last time I will shop at the store.

Went to pick up a print order and there was an issue on the staff’s end however manager Ryan made the whole thing right we all make mistakes the good managers know how to fix them and Ryan is clearly a good manager. I’ll make sure to continue to use Staples Wayne for my printing jobs

I frequent this staples quite a bit and I’ve always had a pleasant experience with the printing team however , I recently got a change done to my husband’s business card. I was quoted a price but, Danielle assisted me and saved me some money. I really appreciate her going up above and beyond? thank you Danielle

2/3 self serve printers were down and I had a single piece of paper to print and the staff who were helping no other customers refused to help me. Such a shame.

Arrived at 10am and was kept waiting on the sidewalk for five minutes while employees stood inside the doors. Went to print department to pick up my order and was rudely told to wait while attendant wandered around. Finally got the order and attendant literally took it out of the envelope and threw it across the counter at me. Wow. I consider myself a pretty patient and polite person, but this store has a hostile attitude.
