I frequent this staples quite a bit and I’ve always had a pleasant experience with the printing team however , I recently got a change done to my husband’s business card. I was quoted a price but, Danielle assisted me and saved me some money. I really appreciate her going up above and beyond? thank you Danielle

2/3 self serve printers were down and I had a single piece of paper to print and the staff who were helping no other customers refused to help me. Such a shame.

Arrived at 10am and was kept waiting on the sidewalk for five minutes while employees stood inside the doors. Went to print department to pick up my order and was rudely told to wait while attendant wandered around. Finally got the order and attendant literally took it out of the envelope and threw it across the counter at me. Wow. I consider myself a pretty patient and polite person, but this store has a hostile attitude.

Admittedly I arrived late, about 5 minutes before close. I was going to be in and out. Was greeted by an unfriendly white haired gent with glasses who was the gatekeeper at the door. Turned off the door and opened them by hand, seemed like they shut things down before closing. His attitude made you feel most unwelcome. He also refused to let me drop off a battery backup because “they don’t take those” . Perhaps he should read their policy because they do. I was in and out before they closed but with a bad taste in my mouth. Fortunately, other Staples that I have frequented have more pleasant staff. I will be avoiding the Gateway store in the future.

Went into Staples to get a sheet laminated. The woman waited on me right away. There were no other customers around. When paying for it she asked me for my phone number. I prefer my privacy and demurred. She said their policy required a phone number. After an "exchange" I made up a phone number. I didn't look at the receipt until later. (My fault.) It had the $2.49 charge for the lamination; no problem there. But it also had a 75 cent "Express Guarantee" charge. She did not mention this charge at any time during our transaction. I called the store. They said it is their policy (there's that word again) to charge extra if they do something right away. Otherwise, the woman said, they could take up to six hours to laminate my sheet and I could come back later to pick it up. Needless to say I'll go elsewhere.

I had to print out a 5 page form and received personable help from Alex who was working nearby. If it wasn't for Alex I would've been on Xanax or Zoloft that same afternoon! I'm not computer savvy, I'm a lost soul when it comes to that! I had gone to the UPS store, located in the same Plaza, and got NO HELP. NONE. Nobody was there, I was the only person needing help and the young lady was absolutely no help. GO TO STAPLES DO NOT GO TO UPS in this Plaza.

Good for home office most of time. Clean well lit with a good assortment of everyday home office stuff at average prices. Also has copy, print and shredding services. Sometimes good deals on paper towels, cleaning products too. Can’t give 5-stars as their rewards program is sub-standard such as can’t automatically have reward dollars subtracted from invoice at check out and after buying there since it opened NEVER have seen how many reward points i’ve accumulated. Used to drop off used print cartridges for reward points but now just throw them in trash.
