Samantha did an awesome job!Communication: She was very comunicative during the entire process, which was excellent because me and my fiance were first time buyers! We needed alot of answers and she was quick to give them.Expertise: With the process of buying a home so complex we were a little intimidated. Luckily Sam was very informed and was able to explain things in a simple manner.Support: Sam was there to take the wheel whenever me and my fiance were distracted by work or other life related events. She found us great houses where we didn't even think to look!Negotiation: If you're not much of a negotiator, Samantha is. As great as she was during the house search, she was even more so during the stressful negotiation and closing time!Overall Experience: Overall, Sam did an amazing job! I thought looking for a house in this market would take a full year, but with her help we accomplished it in less then half that time. She was extremely professional and informative along the way. If I ever look for a house in the area again, she'll be the first person I call!

Sam was excellent from start to finish in helping us buy and sell a home. She was extremely communicative and responsive and very easy to work with. Her knowledge of the Philly Main Line market and connections were key for us to find and buy a new home in an a crazy competitive market and to get top dollar for the home we were selling. I trusted her completely and knew we could count on her to help us find a good home, think through the strategy of putting in an offer, and navigate the stressful process. She always advocated for us and represented us and our interests extremely well on both the buy-side and the sell-side. Sam is determined to move heaven and earth to get the best for her clients and won't take no for an answer. She was so helpful in the buying process but the selling process as well. Her professionalism, personalism, and composure made us feel like we were in the best hands from the start. I cannot say enough good things about her and the experience we had from start to finish both as buyers and sellers! Highly recommend.

We met Sam about 4 years ago at an open house. We talked with her about how we were interested in downsizing. During our search for the ideal house, Sam was professional, patient, and very responsive to our requests and questions. She promptly scheduled showings, continued to send us homes for consideration, and stayed with us on this journey to find the right home. Sam is extremely knowledgeable, honest, and a great listener. She recently helped us put together a competitive offer to buy our new home and created an effective marketing strategy to sell our previous home. We were thrilled to sell our home within 5 days with multiple offers to consider. Throughout this process, Sam was positive, helpful, and always available. In all honesty, I was skeptical of how helpful a realtor could be when you are looking to rent. My boyfriend and I had poor experiences with past realtors when looking to rent in Center City, Philadelphia and then when we started our search to relocate to Wayne, PA. As defeated as we were, we did a lot of research and came across Sam. Sam filled us with confidence after just the first phone call - she was able to answer all of our questions, offered local knowledge, had a huge network of realtors, and spent lots of time on the phone with us despite being “just renters” in a crazy market.Working with Sam was the best decision we could have made! I can confidently say, we could have NEVER navigated the extremely competitive rental market without Sam’s level of expertise, knowledge, persistence, patience, and negotiation skills. Samantha is absolutely amazing. She was so patient with us. She spent over a year with us and always encouraged to see as many properties until we found the right one. She was never pushy and was always available. I really felt the support we needed in this market. The best part is that she never forced us to buy a property but rather was so patient until we found the right one for us. We look forward to working with her again.

It was a pleasure to work with Samantha. She made the process of selling my house simple and easy to understand. As first time homebuyers, my husband and I did not know much about the home buying process. Luckily, we had Sam as our realtor to walk us through the entire transaction. I worked with Sam to rent my property out and within 3 days she had it rented with all the paperwork complete. Sam even went the extra mile to facilitate meeting the new tenants and helping with the walk through of the property. She even met me at my place of work to make my life easier.
