I go to S n G and depending who does my nails - when week done I am so excited!! However they will not allow you ( so they say) to book with the same person. So I figured I will try someone else. Needless to say I got my nails done Tuesday by the next day my nails were chipping. It is now 5 days later and gel nails are not supposed to peel, well mine did. Money wasted! It's so sad because the atmosphere is so welcoming and inviting but the not all techs know what they are doing!!

Love the place, they are super welcome and super nice. The salon is super clean and super neat. I got gel mani done this past Saturday and on Monday it chipped right away. I never had that happen before for gel. I called to talk to someone on the phone but no one picks up.. goes to voicemail and their phone recording for booking online.

Favorite nail salon. So clean, very nice space. Love the girls here - so kind and welcoming! I usually book online before , but walk ins are okay if they aren’t too busy. (Though they usually are)

Unfortunately, I wanted to love this salon, but did not have a great experience. I booked my pedicure appointment online with a payment in advance. I should have known something was up when staff members were speaking secretively during my service. Arguably, this is a bit rude. It was not until my service was completed that I was notified by another staff member that I had to pay an additional $12 for my gel polish removal. The reason this is so bothersome is because this was not transparent from the beginning.The staff member who did my pedicure said nothing. The other staff member who removed my gel polish said nothing. Then, another staff who had nothing to do with my service informed me that I have to pay. I voiced my concerns that this pricing/policy is not listed online and I was under the impression that polish removal is included in your pedicure service. This is a bit asinine as nail cutting, clipping, and filling should be under the same umbrella as removing polish during your pedicure service.In other words, how would I know if I was not informed online or during my service?Even further, I was rushed and aggressively hounded until I made the $12 payment. On top of this, I felt propelled to tip which I should not have done based on their manners. I share the same sentiments as the other reviewers that the polish is the absolute worst and not long-lasting. Please pick another salon.

I walked into Sage and Gray today. No one greeted me at the door. In fact, no one was speaking. Period. There were maybe four customers and their nail techs- the place was a quiet as a tomb. No music. Nothing. Finally, someone asked me if I needed help. I said I'd like a pedicure when she loudly stated they only take appointments. Are you serious? I couldn't run out of the door fast enough. They think they can work on appointments only when the atmosphere and workers are that rude?!? Goodbye. There are many excellent and friendly nail salons in the area. I only went to S&G bc I had a gift card. I would never return and I question the sanity of the four women there during a holiday week when every other salon is crazy busy and so much more welcoming! How are they still in business?!?! No thanks, and I will never return even with a gift card!

I really really wanted to give a good review. I feel like there are no good nail salons on the Main Line and this one seemed promising. I just got engaged and went to go get my gel nails done, I got these done on Sunday and they were chipping and peeling by Monday. It's Thursday now and this is how they look. Really unacceptable for a gel manicure to turn out this way, and I haven't been doing anything rough on my hands at all. I tried to call them to say that I'd like a refund or to get them redone next time I'm in the area (I live in Connecticut) but couldn't even get through on the phone after two calls. Extremely disappointed and will not be going back to pay $45 for nails that won't even last 24 hours.

I have NEVER written a review on anything but 55$ (before tip) for a signature manicure and pedicure that was completed (not at the same time) in under 35 minutes. No leg/foot massage and in fact the tech put my toe nail polish on, completed the pedicure and then quickly rubbed the lotion on my legs (but obviously couldn't put it on my toes/feet because they were wet). I felt as if my toe nail and finger nail polish change should have been more like 20$ total versus 55$ for what they call "manicure and pedicure). Will not return there!

Wish I could give zero stars. The place doesn't ever pick up their phone. Says they accept walk ins more so than appointments but you can't get a hold of them. I've gone in 3 separate occasions and they told me all times they couldn't take me. Including on my birthday. Don't waste your time and if the owner reads this review - you are doing a horrible job with customer service.

Rokaya gave me a great pedicure, and when I left and stubbed my toe in the parking lot, they fixed it no added cost.Cynthia gave me a manicure that’s alright. Not very smooth filing on one bail and wish there was more polish since it’s a little translucent. She was also rude to employees and what seemed to be potential customers on the phone.Services: Pedicures

They are getting 3 stars because the pedicure was pretty good! If I was to review the gel manicure I would put 1 star. The gel manicure I got started to peel off after 24 hours!! Normally they stay for 7-14 days and this was literally 24 hours and they blew through it sooo quickly EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED.Services: Pedicures

Terrible service and my gel chipped on the first day! I went back to see if they could fix it and the manager came out and SCREAMED at me. It was so unprofessional and embarrassing. The worst part of this place is the service not even the bad quality. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Great pedicure. But the gel manicure was another story. So many mistakes and redos - it took an hour. Beautiful environment and relaxing but you have to have time.
